I’ve been doing nothing but watching duck hunting videos trying to learn all I can to get ready for this season. These tricks sound like they could work really well. Thanks for sharing them brother!

Good video my friend! I liked the idea of the string, I’ve seen somethings similar to that but have never tried them, due to not hunting a lot of timber, but next time I do I will definitely try this!

Thanks man! It can also be used on free row just depends on your surroundings but if you can use it I highly recommend doing it this way!

Awesome. I wonder if you could put that hanging one on some type of really relaxed jerk rig and have it slide back and forth.

We have thought about doing that before or using a radio/cb antenna and mounted the spinner on top with a string and have it swing back and forth! Thanks for watching hope you liked the video!

Great Idea going to give it a try in Alberta what size eye hook and rope did you use

I think I used a 1 inch screw ring and I use catfish string because it comes in a big roll and should last you a few seasons. Thanks for watching!

@@magnoliaflyways6994 Hello from Alberta Canada we’re starting to see more flocks of birds coming in been warm us the migration is slow
Installed the eye hooks painted them black so there no flash .
Used what’s called a niteize figure 9 to run the line tie one end to the tree and use the figure 9 to hook and tighten the other end works sweet.

I hope the weather will change in your favor, a lot ppl try to figure out ducks but in my opinion it always comes down to weather! Good luck and I hope this idea puts right in your face!

I think we should talk! We love to see stuff like this, y'all need to know about the Animator.

I’ve seen the animator seems like a good product. I teamed up with air boss motion decoys last year made a video on those maybe you can check that one out too. We been doing the hanging string for years, it just looks so realistic. Thanks for watching and commenting

We have killed ducks over it like this for many years. You must hunt some high pressured ducks

I’ve heard of people putting the mojo on a rope system like that and set it up kinda like a jerk cord and pull it back and forth between the trees

That’s a good idea too we actually but multiple rigs up like this so they are all around us

Why not use a washer and a nut on the eye bolt rather than rely on the plastic to hold?

Interesting tips , I hunt Washington state, mainly fields ,flooded out ,puddles , The eye screw ,changes the posture ,that is a great idea ,now if I can make that work for where I hunt ,mmmm maybe stakes with string , our spinners are jerk string ,so that's another challenge

Definitely some t-post with a small cable pulled as tight as possible then I would hang 3-4 spinners with batteries and any wind would be a plus. Really appreciate your comment and watching my video! Good luck!
