I will try this today. It looks delicious 😋
Sounds nice - never had sweet matzo, but I really like it as a snack :)
I will be making this! Awesome!
Need a snappy Jewish name equivalent to christmas crack

YOU WINNER!♡°•~
CAN'T WAIT AND THANK YOU.
Just getting ready to order something classy or funky from Matzos Project...don't have to now.
I thought this was Lohanthony at first 😅
Not Jewish, but I'm definitely going to try this! It looks amazing. Never had matzo before either, so it'll be all kinds of fun!
I would LISTEN to Emma cook all day haha her voice is so soothing !
Toffee and Chocolate...how could this be wrong?
Yes! I know this as caramelized matzo crunch thanks to using David Lebovitz's recipe and it's always gone in a flash! I usually add salt and cacao nibs on top, but now I want to try adding other toppings...
Cacao nibs are sooo yummy, nice touch!
@@kaiju_k5042 They so are!
We always have a box of Matzo around, this is divine!!! Emma is a gift that keeps on giving :D Every tuesday I'm glued to my computer refreshing and hoping we get a video :) Also making her Weeknight Chicken With Creamy Mushrooms tomorrow :)

I would love that... i love sweet salty crunchy....
You are as beautiful as your food, I love you
Looks soooo yummy!! Thank you! Chag Semeach!
Have made this with salted soda crackers before, sooo good!
I make the same thing with graham crackers. Can't wait to try it with matzo.
I did not realize that Emma is the author of Big Little Recipes. I just got that book and then I spotted it in the background of this video. I had made the Chicken Thighs with the radishes yesterday and it was delicious! Great book, Emma!
Looks so good. Definitely making! Love the idea of salt, sweet, and the heat.
This is a genius idea for matzo and I'm so excited to try it! I love how crunchy matzo is so I just keep it on hand for cheese spreads and dips...but I love this sweet variation, Emma!
I'm gonna make it!
This looks good, fancy Christmas Crack (a feature of holiday office dessert potlucks across the country).
Annual family standard, but really like the idea of different toppings. Will try this for sure.
please share the recipe for those orange rinds - YUM. thank you very much dear Emma
Love it! can't wait to make it!!
Really cool video! I'm going to make this but with crackers!
Jews especially used sweet butter. In years past, sweet butter can only be made by fresh cream, salt butter can be made of older cream.
Hi it's looks delicious 😋 thanks for sharing 👍
Yum! What a great (and easy) way to use my leftover matzoh!
OMG I’m totally gonna make this for my coworkers
love this host! was just looking for a new video from her yesterday!!
Absolutely making this! So darn easy and no excuse not to!!
Looks good. I’m going to do this.
She is so gorgeous it hurts.
We call it Christmas Toffee Crack and I started making it just a few years ago and it's everyone's holiday favourite! Some notes on the toffee (haven't seen your recipe..): it looks easy but I've screwed it up many times. Gently melt the butter and whisk in the sugar, keeping the heat at medium. Cook up so that it's foaming, 4 minutes (ppl usually say 3-5 minutes). Pour out! If you add the sugar to already simmering butter it will NOT come together 😣 happened to me just a few months ago. PS in a pinch use any plain square cracker (not Kosher though then).
What’s the pan that u used to melt the butter n brown sugar together?
a pot
This looks amazing!!!!!
Looks and sounds amazing!!
Unfortunately matzo is not available where I live, and in my part of Europe.
What can be used as a replacement?
Aww maybe your favorite crackers that are low on salt? Its mostly water and flour, I know Amazon does ship some but it can be tough to get in other countries.
Any plain square cracker!
@@DeeDeeCatMom thank you! Will try it out :)
@@kaiju_k5042 thank you for the answer!
@@daenerystargaryen Glad to help :)
These are so pretty, delicious looking, and easy. Hope I don’t go off the rails like I did with your crème fresh truffles. Thank you? Lol
