How I locate the number after unblocking it? because it just disappears and I forgot what number it was

Unfortunately, once you unblock a number on an iPhone, it's gone unless you have a recent backup in iCloud or iTunes. Restoring the backup will put all your messages and emails back to the date you made the backup, which might be more inconvenient than losing the blocked number.
However, there are a few alternatives you can try:
Check your recent call history: The recent call history on your iPhone only retains approximately 100 calls. You might be able to find the number in your call history.
Check your cellular provider's website: You can check your cellular provider's website (e.g., AT&T) to see details of your previous 7 or 8 months of billing history. You might be able to find the number there.
Unfortunately, there's no straightforward way to retrieve a blocked number on an iPhone after unblocking it without a backup or record of the number.
