- A very simple and quite ASMR video to help you fall asleep. Triggers include very quite whispers in Spanish language, tapping on glass and mouth sounds. This is supposed to be very quite so some of the whispers may almost be inaudible. I hope you'll find this relaxing. Old school ASMR :)

*** What is ASMR? It’s that tingly sensation that some people get in the back of the scalp, sometimes going down your spine and other parts of the body. It is pleasurable and relaxing. The purpose of ASMR videos is to trigger these tingles by recreating real life based situations that would normally be triggering, or by simply playing with sounds and visuals that work just as well. There's a lot more to that pleasurable physical feeling though. Most ASMR videos provide personal attention and make the viewer feel cared for and safe. I like to believe this feeling called ASMR is a primal body response to the feeling of being safe and loved. ASMR may not only help you relax and sleep, but it can also help you find comfort and can be a powerful tool to be more mindful and deal with stress better. A shortcut to meditation.
***Que es el ASMR? Es una sensación de cosquilleo que algunos sentimos en la parte trasera del cuero cabelludo; a veces deslizándose por la columna vertebral hacia otras partes del cuerpo. El objetivo de los videos ASMR es detonar este cosquilleo recreando situaciones basadas en la vida real (que naturalmente generarían esa sensación), o por medio de sonidos y efectos visuales. Estos videos representan mucho más que un método para detonarlo. Muchos ofrecen una ficticia atención personal con el objetivo de hacer sentir al observador cuidado y seguro. En mi opinión, esta respuesta fisiológica que llamamos ASMR, no es más que una reacción primordial del cuerpo ante situaciones de seguridad y afecto. El ASMR no solo sirve para relajarse y poder conciliar el sueño, sino que también puede brindar consuelo y puede ser utilizado como una herramienta para combatir el estrés. Una forma sencilla de meditar.

When explaining ASMR to my friends, I find myself having to steer them away from sexualizing the experience in their minds. It wasn't difficult, I would simply explain that I never EVER become sexually aroused during an ASMR experience. It was true. But THIS. This changes everything! Wow, I had no idea that ASMR had erotic potential. That's it, my next BF has to be ASMR lol. And speak Spanish ;)

this was my first day discovering ASMR and I loved it immediately, first earing female voices...I found it a mixture between serenity ans sensuality, but with no second end...for purpose I did't watch the women who I could recognize were using their voice to obtain a hidden sexual message - and you can find some ( by the way I love woman sensuality and beauty too if it is simple and not shown off).
Now I that was watching some Male videos and..let's say that I would like a boyfriend with this voice, so an attitude like this behind..and, well, let's add Spanish has such a beautiful and sexy sounds (I'm Italian, but is not the same).
On the other hand watching it only in the sensual or even sexual way it's super powerful too. It's sufficient to sintonize on a voice you like ...another level from porn...is sweet and at the same time sexual as well..tons of guy should watch and hear this instead of porn and as a result we'll be much more sexual with them ;-)

Excellent as always! I must also mention that the lighting was perfect! What type of light is that in the background? It illuminates without being too bright and the subtle changes are very relaxing.
+kev2020 Thank you kev! The whole video was too dark, I did some color correction post edition. But the light I was using is a set of 5 LED lights that rotate creating that wave effect.

Why is it that they call Spanish "Castellano" in Argentina as they do here in Spain? Is it just a colloquial thing?
Castellano is used as a term for general "Spanish" spoken in Spain and America, I think... for example Catalan wouldn't be in that category but is still part of Spain :)
