There's more to classic cars than an engine bay, a nice interior and the paint job. I HIGHLY suggest you go check out ANY vehicle from ANY dealer and make sure you are getting what you are being told you are buying. Otherwise, that 289 hipo you were sold could end up being stock 302 and that rear main seal that should "relubricate itself" ends up pouring pints of oil all over your garage. Lastly, be sure to check ALL the casting numbers.... ALL of them.

Why wait? Buy one now, you can enjoy it while you are young . And, who knows what the future holds, there may be no gasoline available or it could be cost prohibitive. The powers that be are trying to rid the country of these cars. The day is coming when these cars exist only in a musuem and our memories.
@@allanfranklin417 Dystopian society. Scary thought especially because you very well may be right. "Cars" will be transporting their owners by themselves. Sooner, steering wheels will be optional. Shoot, even my archaic ass can see this coming. Parallel parking is already being done correct ???? Thank God, I hope, I'll be feeding the worms by then. Pass the high octane and leaded fuel !!! PEACE from Philadelphia.
I have cash to buy it from whoever owns it now if it's for sale. Gramps had a few of these and it would be the perfect car to tuck into the garage all winter.
Sadly classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.:-((//

This is the best value car for the money yet! A Ford dealer would probably give you that with used car dealers' stock at a minimum.
Is a beautiful fairlane 500. Nice walk around video. Running that 302 a bit hard but it seems strong and healthy!
My late aunt had one of these when I was a kid!
Had one in 1971....lime green, 302 3 on the tree.
I love it when I retire I'm buying me a classic

Sweet ride wish I had the money that be mine
I seen some pop rivets which you didn't stay very long on the inside of the rear quarter panel in the trunk on the driver side ??.
I have cash to buy it from whoever owns it now if it's for sale. Gramps had a few of these and it would be the perfect car to tuck into the garage all winter.
Beautiful Old Beauty
👍 nice car it’s had a nice life 😊
Sharp car dude 👌
Dudes... great car
If that car is worth $20K, then my 67 Fairlane GT has to be worth $30K!!
I have a 68 , mine has to be around $10k in its condition !
I don't like that it doesn't have the original radio, which is the centerpiece of the dash.
Beautiful
Thumbs up liked for you.
Dude that thing is screaming for a coyote motor !!
That was a Beauty. A

👍😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
That’s a nice! 😍
👍👍
It's funny how you said this would be a nice starter car..,. I think a Chevy would probably be more of your starter car
I could ruin that in a hurry by slapping some 26's on it. No quicker way to ruin a classic.
Really nice 👌
date code is wrong.
I have a 1968 Ford Fairlane that I am trying to sale as well , no games hmu for details
If it's been repainted...it's not original!!
🐌 slow boat. Throw a 390 in it .
I had Torino same year! However it was stolen thanks to Detroit criminals. 🤬

And the vinyl top is torn
A little over priced. Nice car.
