I agree with Harris about reducing recitivism rates by providing education and job training to prisoners. In this way we can reduce costs to taxpayers and take many individuals out of the prison pipeline. However, those on the other side of the argument believe that criminals are getting help that law abiding citizens don't get. Harris will have to articulate what she is going to do to help those folks. This is how Trump won.... even though he actually hasn't helped those folks.
