Lotteria is the thing I miss most from my time stationed in South Korea. When I was there they had other seasonings for the fries though! The plant based burger is soooo clutch…I am not a vegetarian but that was the thing I fell in love with there for some reason.

In France we have O'tacos. Even if the name suggests it, it's not about tacos but "Frenchised" burritos with a lot of choices in fillings and different sauces. Definitely should try it if any of you come to France.

This brings back memories. Imho, the classic cheeseburger is the best value, although they tend to go heavy on the mayo. The AZ bacon burger is good but pricey. Mozzarella in the Burger was a guilty pleasure. Also Japanese Lotteria is quite good. Fewer gimmicky choices and a solid basic cheeseburger. The Korean classic cheeseburger is the closest to the Japanese version.
@@supercal3944 both. Lotte (the parent conglomerate) was started in Japan in the 1940s by an ethnic Korean businessman. They expanded to South Korea in the 60s. I'm not familiar with the history of each but I know laws in South Korea used to make it difficult for foreign corporations to establish in Korea, especially Japanese ones, without some sort of Korean based partnership. So they're kinda like joint but parallel companies. This also explains why both versions are wildly different since they're run by very different boards, etc. TL/DR: its complicated

When I lived in korea all my friends said lotteria was shit lol I did enjoy the mozarella burger there, but I guess nothing can beat mom's burger in korea
More specifically in my area, definitely In-and-Out, though I’m not crazy about it-I really like this little place near my hometown called Neilson’s Frozen Custard! Burgers and Fries there are awesome. Or you could always go to a Five Guys. Those are top tier. Burgers with Strength.

Im American. McDonald's rules the whole country. Im still holding a grudge against it cuz they got rid of the bbq ranch burger like years ago, it was the best burger there, easy.
One of their hidden gems is the Homestyle burger. Way better than a 1/4 pounder w cheese if you like a more classic, traditional hamburger.

In my country (Belgium) we have "Quick" (Belgium) which is good too but there is less choice than any other fast food restaurant it’s just normal burgers etc...
