MAGICIAN or RINGMASTER TOP HAT DIY
Top hats are a classy addition to any outfit. Thankfully, you don’t need any hat-making experience to create a top hat at home. Instead, all you need is some cardboard and felt, along with some hot glue and scissors to assemble your hat. In less than an hour, you can show off your very own top hat.
