Oh! just click the link in description box, afterwards go through the website. The Form is found somewhere in the middle of the website. (it is after step 6 of the written tutorial and all the images). You know it if you see saying like, "Sign up for our newsletter and have the free mini top hat pattern sent right to your inbox!" (that is the form). Sign up your name and email, then click the "send me pattern button". Next, go into your email and find "All Mail". There you will see the email with the pattern and ready to download. Hope this helps, hehe :)

OMG trying to get this pattern off your link page, very difficult and so so many pop up video adds. Still haven't been able to get it.

I was wondering if you need the wire if are making the no sew version
If you skip the wire you won't be able to shape the brim, it will just lay flat on the head. If that's fine with you, you can skip it.

Yes as long as you properly finish the ends and use the ultra stabilizer
