I appreciate the laundry advice. I’m having such a bad pain day today that I can’t hardly get out of bed and looking at my laundry pile I just cry because I feel so judged by society… but to see you be honest about your limitations and share it all … it helps me realize that I need to accept my limitation and find my own way to live life when I’m in pain

I have MS and my worst symptom is chronic fatigue and insomnia, what a great combination! You are spot on in everything you say, and even though my youngest daughter is 12 & can do so much for herself and help with loading the washing machine, then into the dryer, my downfall is clearing out the clothes std's grown out of. And as you know, kids grow out of their stuff every season! I really need to work on downsizing my own clothes because honestly, I wear my clothes a few times if its still clean, so I truly don't need the 40 or 50 tops I have hanging in my closet! I also have a tote sitting in front of my side of our 10 foot long closet that I haven't opened all winter, even though that tote is full of sweaters. I'd give anything to have the energy I had 10 years ago to accomplish all of what I'd like to do, but hopefully I can tackle something 5 minutes at a time. Great video! 🤗

That is some amazingly helpful stuff. I'm only 18 and struggling with chronic pain almost 24/7, my family is extremely complex with both physical and mental disabilities. Having just Lost my Father to suicide, my mother is left on her own with 3 adult children to look after. I try my best to keep the house clean; but after having tried for so long my pain has spiked massively. It is hard for me to do basic things like get up to go to the toilet or change position in bed. As the youngest, I often feel strange caring for my siblings. I find that on the good days, the things you do for them or yourself will be appreciated more than you know. And on those bad days you or your person will look back and be grateful for even the smallest of actions. No matter what never be too hard on yourself. :)

A friend gave me a robot vacuum which has been life changing as I cant afford a dyson so it helps me inbetween cleans. Thanks for your helpful tips :)

This was so super helpful. I have a lot of similar chronic illnesses and I'm 4 months pregnant with HG and I have a 6 month old. Not being able to take care of the house has been sooo difficult. Having to watch my husband work graveyard and then come home and do most everything because I'm so depleted has been rough. And not being able to do the homemaking I love for over a year now (first pregnancy was very difficult as well and I had a c-section so it was a long recovery and then got pregnant right away) has been killing me emotionally and mentally. Thank you so so so much for making this and providing actual solutions

This is probably the most useful video I've ever watched on youtube!! I love how you move from room to room and you have tons of tips. Also, you have an amazing bubbly and positive personality. You're a huge inspiration to me.
Btw, I'm on a paper plate + utensils week 😁. I have chronic fatigue, I'm 4 months pregnant and the heat wave here is killing me. Although healthy homemade meals are always a priority for me energywise, tonight we're going to pick up food because I told my husband "I am so NOT cooking or doing dishes this week!" Keeping the house clean (I love how you make the distiction from tidy) is still enough of a challenge.
This appartement doesn't have a dishwasher so am not sure how we'll keep up a half a year from now... 😰.
This video should get waaaaay more views! Greetings from Belgium (isn't it wonderful how you can reach me all the way here? 🙌)

I needed to find your channel, and I'm really glad I did! I am 6 months pregnant with my 4th and I finally started recovering from a long-term crash in January, just to send myself back into one because I wanted to catch up on all the things. I have yet to figure out that I am not Wonder Woman. Having 3 kids home full-time, homeschooling, and going to college full-time is breaking me physically. Looking around at my disaster of a house is depressing because I know I did better prior to 2020. I am going to be taking your suggestions and trying to work them into my day. Thank you for the suggestions and making me feel like I'm not alone.

I love these tips, I have a one year old and an alphabet worth of chronic illnesses. However, as someone who was a Veterinary Nurse until my health stopped that, please, please be careful of what your dog eats off the floor. It can only take a tiny amount of garlic, onion, avocado, grapes, nuts or chocolate (to name a few) to make a dog or cat sick or even kill them.

Giiirrrll!!!!! You are so inspiring!!!!!!!! Having a channel about living your life while also suffering chronic illness!!!!!!!! This is so awesome, thanks for being awesome and for finding the strength and perseverance to do this channel; I have chronic migraines and fatigue and I can't imagine how much extra energy and effort that must take you, but you do it so WELL and so authentically and that's so inspiring!!! All these cleaning tips are excellent btw, even for someone who doesn't suffer chronic illness, lol. But they seem like gold to those of us who do suffer.
I just came across your channel when I saw your video about your daith piercing (which I'm still on the fence about getting), and I love Love LOVE your channel!!!!!!!!! And you ROCK at making the most with everything!!! Love love love! I dont fold my laundry either! 😂 Thank you for sharing! I also use “Clutterbug” because i’m currently trying to organize my home. I need to know what my organizing style was and Cassandra uses 4 “bugs” for a visual reference. Some people crave visual abundance, while others not so much, some like to meticulously categorize things perfectly while some wanna just toss it on a bin. She has a simple , to the point, picture quiz to take or you can take a more detailed one on her website or in her books. I found out i’m a 🐞! I like visual simplicity, and macro organizing. I’m a big fan of baskets and bins! My husband is a 🐝. He loves visual abundance and like micro organizing. He’s a big fan of hooks and clear visual containers with little compartments for everything. So we’re opposites! 😆 But we make it work and have learned how to compromise and combine our styles.
Anyway, I highly recommend “clutterbug” shes one of my favorite organizers, has her channel on youtube, a podcast, several books and just landed a tv show on HGTV and the. best. part...she doesn’t fold her PJs either! Lol! I hope you get to time to check her out!
Thank you so much for this video girl! I’m so motivated! ♥️

Yes, paper plates and utensils allllll the way, lol. I had to laugh so much at the unfolded laundry, because that's exactly what I do too...it just seems so unnecessary compared to the other stuff. But I'm still trying to find a better way, because having to search 5 minutes every time I or the kids need to change clothes isn't really energy conserving either...

I tried. I gave up at 9 minutes. For someone who has a chronic illness you should know that constant loud noise is stressful on its own.
And then trying to hear someone over a very loud baby (adorable as she is) is exhausting.
I have fibro and cfs and came here to get cleaning motivation. But cant.
