I am just short of 6 feet, extremely large bone structure. i had an amazing base to start with due to genetics and due to a childhood of riding and spending every day handling horses. I also played almost every sport out there. Then my new step father told me I could make my body better with training. I followed his lead and by the time I was 20 i had woman stopping me in grocery stores asking how I achieved it. I did not use hormones. It is completely possible for some one who is predisposed to building muscle.
