Good to see you back on trail. I was camping on the AT(SMokies) last weekend and met a guy attempting the triple crown in one year. he was clocking an avg of 23 mile days.

Great to get back on the trail with Masochist! And very different terrain from either the Florida Trail (I've been hiking parts of it again this winter) and the AT. Wilderness near the desert with water. Cool! But stay away from them Gyrenes. The hike and suffer for a living and often fail to see the fun in it! Hike on! Tortoise
