Stupid misleading video. I found another one with boots the same colour as my wife's boots that I wanna clean. They turned out worse and I followed the instructions to a tee.
This tutorial would be much better if they took out the music, and then simply had someone speak each step: "First, spray this and let it dry for twenty-four hours out of direct sunlight. Next..." and so forth. No extra comments, etc, just clear, concise instructions.
@ugg Two questions: 1. Care to have a video to troubleshoot why so many people messed up their boots following the instructions? 2. So you have to spray the protector to begin with in order for the cleanser to clean but not mess up the boots?
can someone explain to me the reasoning for spraying the protector onto the boots prior to cleaning them? makes no sense & ive never done it this way. i don’t see how it would be very effective.
Jared Ramirez that’s great; however, the title of the video is “How to Clean Your UGG Boots: Official Clean and Care Instructions.” To a person with common sense, the video should be done in order. So your theory doesn’t make much sense.
okay so she’s showing you what each bottle does just making it clear for people who don’t understand 😅 FIRST SHE DOES THE PROTECTOR SHE SHOWS YOU HOW TO USE IT THEN THE THE CLEANER AND CONDITIONER LASTLY SHOE RENEW
I’m so disappointed with my uggs they are supposedly waterproof and meant for snow but it’s not true they got messed up so fast and I don’t have the receipt 😩 Guys don’t waste your money!
@@josealvarez1327 I was a trucker over the road I had never been in snow I’m from LA and as soon as I bought them from the CITADEL outlets they were already like that but I was over the road. My boyfriend’s did the same, RUclips why never to buy brands from outlets and you will see I’m not lying
@@josealvarez1327 no they are advertised as snow proof, water proof, and being able to walk on black ice, you can check online and that’s what the saleslady said, there’s no mention of the kit Being needed for them to be waterproof
Use common sense people lol. They are showing you all the things it can do, it's not steps 1, 2, 3, it is process 1, 2, or 3. So using our common sense logic here, you buy a new pair of UGGs and/or they are already clean you use Process 1: Protect (Protects it from future damage/spills) --- Process 2: Cleans (If you have a stain or need to clean your existing dirty shoes, you obviously would do Process 1 AFTER Process 2) --- Process 3: Renew (This is just odor reduction, you can do this anytime). So what did we learn here today guys? If it's dirty, do 2 then 1 then 3. If it's not dirty, do 1 then 3. Got it?
Ugg is UGH! Do not Buy Ugg products! I bought these Ugg slippers about 2 weeks ago and they are already worn through. What a horrible product. Worse yet when I told UGG they said that I should see if they are covered under the company's warranty program. Wow, they cost $127. and they lasted only 2 weeks. All I can say is that I will never buy another Ugg product ever again.
Fran Eber well you might’ve been rough with them. Typically UGG slippers aren’t meant to be worn in snow or anything so yeah. Also did you buy them from the store or the official UGG website? If you didn’t buy them from the UGG official website they could’ve been fake but I’m not sure. And also UGG offers a warranty so you could see if you’re eligible for it
Yeah.. you must have mistreated them. My wife has owned 2 pair for years and she takes good care of them and they still look good. So...your results are probably indicative of how you cared--or didn't--for them :-/
why let one experience determine future decisions? 1. ugg slippers will never wear down within 2 weeks unless they’re 1, worn all day , everyday, and 2, they’re treated with care. 2. the wearing of an ugg shoe is not covered under their warranty.
I love how this video is just as confusing as the vague instructions that come with the cleaning kit
Dude right? Like I bought this kit because the boots are dirty not because I want to wash clean boots
my instructions didn’t even come in english

No I actually liked it better this way. People are just annoying when talking.
the old tutorial actually had someone talking
Yes, baby, yes
Seriously, the tutorial should use only what's inside in Ugg cleaning kit. Where the sponge came from?
@ugg Two questions: 1. Care to have a video to troubleshoot why so many people messed up their boots following the instructions? 2. So you have to spray the protector to begin with in order for the cleanser to clean but not mess up the boots?
I don’t understand why you’re spraying protector on before you’re putting the soap on
but what order do you do it in? does it go 1, 2, then 3? or do you just use one of them individually?
I went 2, 1, 3 so that way I wouldn’t trap in any dirt with the protective spray!
@@Theecrababbleand it worked ok for you? Just worried the protector spray acts as some sort of pre-cleaning conditioner

Im pretty sure she was just demonstrating how to use each product and not a step by step tutorial. So I would use the protector at the end.

@@bubbythedeer5873 well to me its common sense not to put a protector on before cleaning it but you do you.
You put the protector on so you don't mess up the shoes with the water when you actually clean them 🤦🏾♀️
@@lanelle4286 a little too late i learned that the hard way
Thanks so much, I wondered what the eraser is for but that’s for the Cleaning step.
What about the all weather short boots? I can find nothing about which kit to use to clean them
Anyone have any idea on how often it is ok to clean them? Every 2 weeks etc
bru just clean them whenever they get really dirty
How can you show how to clean 🧽 on brand new boots ????????
Need a video for the leather care kit, absolutely nothing out there.
Right!?

Amazon also sells exact same inner soles

"Hold bottle 6 inches away from the surface" then proceeds to hold the bottle at least 12 inches away and randomly sprays a couple of areas.
Basically, you work for the shoes, not the the shoes for you.
