I carry a wallet that I made from a oil tan hide. It has one main fold, and a bill fold off to the side, so I call it the one-and-a-half fold. I love how the leather gets shiner the more you carry it and oil it, and how the leather gets lighter when stretched. The thing has been scratched by rocks, coated in dirt, and gone through the wash multiple times. It just shows how well I made it, and the beautiful leather it is made from.
Time to go wallet shopping! Never thought of a bi-fold wallet as the "Mullet" of wallets. This video has improved my life. Thank you for the invite Brock

The current wallet and case that I have are five years and look almost new--the nylon fabric is extraordinarily durable.

Great channel. I can appreciate the idea of minimalism in the wallet, but with having a family, needing to cary the normal photo id, bank card, insurance and membership cards plus photos they're just not practical for myself. I carry a traditional trifold wallet, cheap one from the local store.. nice and broke in and covered in stickers from my youngest a few years back. Keep up the good work - enjoying the channel

Super slim minimalist piece I cary in my front pocket which accommodate cards & cash (1/2 fold). Kangaroo leather is thin, soft but very strong
Coach wallet I got 15 years ago, still using everyday. Leather was amazing, can’t find a replacement because coach seems to be using a cheaper leather now.
I've been using an L fold Joseph A Bank for 3 years. Fits so much within 1" thickness, but I like swapping to a minimal setup for travel or concerts. My dockers card carriers fallen apart, and the metal money clip is a turnoff

Hi Brock, great video. I carry a Michel Rouen wallet which could be an Australasian brand I’m not sure. They also make socks and ties. It’s a standard bifold but I need to keep receipts for work expenses so I need the extra room. The leather is very supple and it has a small deer logo embossed on the front. Definitely the best wallet I’ve had in ages.
I’ve had the same Fossil bifold wallet for maybe 8 years now. The originally light brown leather has developed a great, deep patina to dark brown. Inside has green accents for a pop of color. Still holding up remarkably well. Get a Fossil!
I'm currently just picked up a Saint Laurent card case. It's very pricey but it's great quality and has a very aesthetic design. Before this I was rocking a Tumi card case that lasted me for over 6 years. I accidentally damaged it in my car because I left it near my gearshift and it got wedged into the gap. Very good wallet for the price (~$80 I think?), I would highly recommend
Very helpful I been debating what new wallet to get for a little while now. I been leaning towards the single double sided wallets with and without the metal money clips. I don’t really trust the magnetic money clip ones. I also like the single sided ones with the 2 or three card slots and cash/receipt pocket. Could you provide a link to some of those 2 styles of wallets at around or under 20s. Liked the black metal ridge style wallet holder but might prefer to keep with the smooth black leather style.
For a country that uses polymer notes, a bifold wallet that holds notes and bank cards is a more elegant solution. The remaining cards and coins will go into a smaller card holder that also holds coins.

Great video. I have too many wallets but my favorite is the Frenchie Speed Wallet mini as it handles cards and cash the best. After that I have the Ridge as well as the trayvax OG 2.0, the summit, the accent, and the axis.
The FRITZVOLD Slim Wallet is what I've been carrying for about a year now: RFID blocking, holds up to 10 cards (I have 8 in it), most bills fit in without folding, incredibly thin, made of very durable "paper leather", only 25 bucks

My favorite Wallet is the Bellroy Micro Sleeve. It holds 2 to 6 cards and has a cool design that uses the cards to help open the money pocket. I usually only carry 3 cards and a $20.
This was great and allowed me to rethink my edc...I have used travelambo for the past 4 years...similar to dopp, yet without the plastic ID slot. Also, I cut the extension off. Gives me 4 card slots on the outside, two on the inside for cash and other items like insurance & ID, and is still barely wider than a credit card.
This best of is missing the Bordo Mini wallet. It's almost credit card sized, holds and protects 7 cards and bills on the inside, which is RFID protected. It has an optional coin pouch or non-RFID protected card slot on the outside. I don't think it's possible to make a smaller wallet. It's perfect for anyone who wants to carry in the front.

I own a simple bifold wallet from Mont Blanc and using it since 13yrs it's going good except the edges.
Ashland Leather has some of the best. Their bugs moran in #8 shell is my favorite.

I've been using a basic brown leather Jack Space card wallet for over 10 years. It still looks sharp although nicely worn in.
I have the Anson Calder card wallet... The small one.
