In this video, I show you how to integrate Pipedrive with MailChimp using Outfunnel. This allows you to sync new contacts created in Pipedrive to your MailChimp list. Then when a lead is sent, opens or clicks an email, that data will be passed back to Pipedrive so you and your sales team can see which leads are engaging with your emails. Outfunnel makes it super easy to link Pipedrive and MailChimp together so you can more effectively qualify and track your leads.

I was able to build most of these features with Zapier but it is far less elegant with less bi directional chatter that I really do want. I am going to switch to Outfunnel for simplicity's sake. Thanks for the video, this was the only one I could find.

Hey paul, thanks for the vid, it’s really helpfull. One question, is this possible to automate mailchimp to export a new contact from a mail received to pipedrive. Example : paul sent a mail to flo, mailchimp extract ifformation to the mail and send it to pipedrive

We are using Pipedrive, should we install MAILCHIMP OR OUTFUNNEL first? Or perhaps does not matter?
Well I guess you need to have a Mailchimp account before you set up Outfunnel to integrate it with Pipedrive.
Hi Paul, I have Outfunnel integrated with Mailchimp and Pipedrive, when completing a form the data is inserted in mailchimp and when synchronizing Outfunnel creates a new person in Pipedrive but the client needs to be entered in the Inbox automatically and I cannot find it in Outfunnel or Pipedrive where you can make that adjustment. Could you help me please since everything is working unless you think

Yes, I would still recommend Outfunnel today if you use Mailchimp 😀 or you can also consider using Campaigns in Pipedrive if you'd like to keep everything in one tool.

It's good if you just need a simple email marketing tool and it's nice as you're working in just one tool
Hi. Some of the integration with Pipedrive is working, but the integration between Mailchimp and Pipedrive (to show activity with an eblast - as shown in min 4:00 of this video) is NOT happening. Have tested a few times. Interestingly, the first integration shown on your video DOES work. Any tips?
I did double check the email address to ensure that they're the same ;) ... and the email address was new to both Pipedrive and Mailchimp
