The best way (usually) is to import all lists into a single Mailchimp Audience. You may tag as you import each list so that you may distinguish your imported lists in your single Mailchimp Audience.
there is no way to add (a segment... they seemed to leave the naming a segment function out of an audience "list group" and want you to use their crappy filters which place all segments in 1 list (audience) and its really not inspiring confidence)@@GaryEckstein

Can i add just phone numbers without emails?
Unfortunately not.
I don't have there names can i import the contacts without there name
The only mandatory data is email address thus, if you don't have names, you may still import into Mailchimp.
