Perfect video, ive been trying to find a good visual on how the the straight pipes are routed. Do you remember what size the factory pipe is? I think it is 2.5 OD. Want to make sure i grab the right pipe for my 2010 2.5

What exhaust setup do you recommend for a 2008 5.3 V8 Silverado that doesn’t wake up your neighbors but still sounds good with a deep idle?
Flowmaster 40 or 50 series with if you’re looking for an aggressive growl but only when you step on it the 40 series is your guy. It’s got a deep tone at idle not too loud. However if you’re looking just for tone the 50 series would be your best bet. I’ve got a 5.3 single inlet dual out straight out the back.

@@mondo9.2.5 depends if you’re looking for something loud and aggressive the 44 is your best bet, if you want something more tamed and smooth the delta would be good.
magnaflow over anything. Hands down best sounding exhaust for a v8. Flownasters are too hollow sounding

The 2.5 Jetta makes an amazing sport sedan especially with a turbo kit and better suspension. They also sound pretty nice (5 cylinder). Just because YOU aren’t a car guy doesn’t mean others won’t find some sporty sound and enjoyment from the Jetta
