Everyone raggin on r willy about bars and whips.... this is bmx, r willy is doing bmx. Yea he's doing circus tricks, but the spin to win bar/whip combos can be considered the same thing. Id rather watch larry edgar blast a quarterpipe but thats what makes bmx bmx. Its whatever you want it to be and its subjective.

Willy should have won this one, nobody can do his tricks but he can do the others (as far as top 3 gos) Brady’s tricks are all robotic and stale and toohie is just doing old Rwilly tricks lol.

The thing about Ryan Williams is that hes doing scooter tricks. Even though it’s big and spinny, it’s a different skill. He can’t throw bar or whip combos because he can’t do them. Cool on him doing scooter tricks in bmx that no one else is doing but until he starts putting more traditional tech style in his runs he doesn’t deserve top stops in long format runs.
