Awesome! I've only had mine a few days and it has become one of my favorites! I hope they have plans to create a a larger Flagship type board out of this!
Both great synths but really different sound-wise... I have them both and they work well together. Prologue is my favourite though (but that's also just my preference for a certain sound).
That is fantastic. Got my wavestate a week ago and really appreciate your videos. Hope I can acquire half the skill you have.. although I may not leave the house. :) Thanks for creating these vids!!!
Thanks! This was using the Wavestate in multisample mode, so no wavesequencing for this patch. The notes are being generated through the arpeggiator used in conjunction with the sustain pedal. In particular, the arpeggiator's "sort" and "mode" are different for the two layers, creating counterpoint that is still utilizing the same pitch material.
@@RonCavagnaro Yeah! I use them all the time, particularly for octave variations and detuning. You should definitely check out the arp! It's quite powerful.
@@bluecliffsynthesis6685 I'm usually a guy who likes to manually pick notes and sequence on my deluge but intrigued by what you posted enough to check it. Thanks!
for the function: hold which allows the notes to remain after we take our hand off the keyboard (you have to go to the menu to find the hold function program set up page 13) is the pedal essential?
korg wavestate is a must-have. for me to much high pass filter/modulation between 7:12-9:06; it's awfull. the rest sounds great. this beast can sound so great.

Very inspiring, your videos are making me consider buying the wavestate as my first digital synth! keep it up!
You wouldn't regret it ;)
Good synthesizer, but difficult to program
I would buy this, but thinking also of the prologue.

This is very soothing - a relatively simple approach for some deep sounds! Thanks for posting!
Wish they would hurry up and release 61 se version
Nice!!!

With a looper as well... we can now disappear into our own soundscapes and pretend we are guest artist on an oophoi cd
you got yourself a nice glurp gloop going there
you know how i like bathing in my glurp gloop
Beautiful! Was this with pitch steps? I've been using mine just for crossfading waves but I want to learn how to make what you're doing here! Thanks

@@bluecliffsynthesis6685 ok awesome I need to figure this arp out then! So no pitch lanes? Have you used them?

is it complicated to do a glide or portamento?
No, it's quite straightfroward. Hit shift + filter evnelope to get to the tuning page. Then use the menu arrows to navigate to portamento. Voila!
