As of yesterday, Final Fantasy XIII-2 has apparently been put into the "unsupported" category. I was surprised to discover that a game from 10 years ago is unsupported when a game from a few days ago with reportedly poor PC optimization (Elden Ring) runs mostly fine. The main reason I grabbed XIII-2 in a sale was because I was hoping to try the XIII trilogy for the first time when I get my Deck. I really wasn't expecting anything in my Steam library to be unsupported, since my library is a bunch of old stuff and indie stuff. A brief Googling seems to indicate that XIII-2 had a pretty garbage PC port that required mods to get it running, even on PC towers.
Anyway, I find myself curious as to whether the PS3 version of XIII-2 could be emulated on the Deck and if that would run better than the Steam version. I'm in the "after Q2" group, so I could hold on to hope that the issue will be resolved by then, but I get the impression that waiting for Square to fix a PC port is kind of like waiting for the points to matter on Whose Line is it Anyway, so I think I'd like to learn about PS3 emulation just in case.

I see you quite carefully trying to move the cursor over scroll bars, then clicking and dragging to move through content. If this is set up at all like the Steam Controller, then the left trackpad should be set up to function as a scroll wheel. Or maybe that is something you need to configure. In any case, I find that basically essential when trying to use the desktop on my PC from my sofa, so I thought it would be useful here too.

Could you install Batocera on an sdcard and use it with ps2 and other emulators? I really like Emulation Station frontend and not sure if Batocera or Steam Rom Manager is the way to go for sdcards.
Also would be nice to see a full mame arcade setup running on Steam Deck.

This tutorial would have been 10 times better if you would add the following info:
What type of files does RCPS3 read? 7z? .ISO? Unpacked (PS3_GAME + PS3_DISC.SFB)? How do you add the games instead of "Just add the games", I know that, but how if you dont know what type of file you need???
