This is a complete feature film created by footage captured from the game Back to the Future The Game for the Playstation 4, it can be considered a fan edit. I do not own the license to the IP or the characters in any way. This was made as a labor of love for my fans. The content is owned by Universal Studios and TellTale Games.
It's not a true Back to the Future 5 (V) but it's a good consolation prize. It goes way beyond merely having all the cut scenes in a row.
To fully experience this film you must have seen the original Back to the Future trilogy as well as Part 4. Enjoy!

The storyline and cutscenes from the game had just about the same magic as the original movies. Thank you for presenting this in movie format. We may never see a fourth movie based on this game, but this is the next best thing.
Oh, and the scene at 1:57:01 gives 'newspaper clipping' a whole new meaning.

I just realized something. The reason that Marty doesn't disappear instantly when he makes changes to the past that cause him to cease to exist, is because when he ceases to exist, he isn't able to come back and change the timeline and cause himself to cease to exist, which causes him to continue to exist, which causes him to cease to exist, and so on until infinity or until the paradox is resolved by repairing or replacing the broken events in the timeline that should lead to Marty's existence. This is why Marty appears to oscillate in and out of existence. Also this video is great.

I've played and finished the game and god, this is good. This leaves me with the same satisfaction as if I were to have actually seen a 4th and 5th installment in theaters. Good job man, you earned yourself a sub.

I liked everything except for the very end which I found very corny and cheesy. Except for that one part I’d still give the series a 5 out of 5 and it was very satisfying playing I got it on the ps3 and then again later on the PS4. Almost got it on steam but tell tale went under.

Honestly very surprised with how well they captured the back to the future films in these games, and a wonderful edit!
One of the most underrated games of any gaming system. I’d argue it’s top 5-10 in any system.
these movies are really good man. felt like I was thrown right back in to the original movies.
There are even more plot holes in these movies than in the originals. Case in point, if Doc disappears as he crashes the Delorean into the Billboard (because inventor Doc never existed) then the Delorean itself would also have disappeared and Marty would have disappeared, reverting to his NEW self who never time traveled and grew up in the distopian version Doc created in the new timeline.
This is just ONE such problem.
The biggest problem is they have Doc as 71 in 1986.
Doc Brown was 47 in 1985.

This (and part IV) are awesome to me! It’s as close as we’ll ever get to having the movies made. I’m not a video gamer so I didn’t even know a BTTF game existed. These “movies” should be canon for any BTTF fan, I believe. This took real talent to make. You should be proud of it and yourself.

I watched part 4 and 5 and am absolutely enthralled, amazed, and gobsmacked. Thank you thank you thank you for this. I really wish these were actual movies that were played in theatres, but this is just as amazing. At least in my mind, these fit in perfectly with the live action trilogy.
I guessed a few of the outcomes, but not all of them.

okay I have to admit seeing a good continuation , warms my heart . references to the movies heck I really had no idea that the lightning bolt that struck the Delorean in 1955 made a duplicate sending it to 2025 . to be honest , Telltale did the homework .
I think BTTF 4 and 5 would do very well at the Box Office.

@DBfan 84 no, they brought Einstein to 1986, but as with the young doc and Edna's novel, the timeline has changed, and both (doc and Einstein from the previous timeline) have disappeared. Doc turned Citizen Brown, and Einstein got loose around without an owner. But upon returning to 1931 and fixing the timeline, he appears in the end with Edna, who became a dog handler kkkkkkkkk

Wow is all I can say is wow.. beautifully written and designed.. I often thought at the end of part 3 there would be a 4th part and 5th and it too leaves room for part 6.. though I never imagined the story of the time line continues this way but it does indeed fits very well .. I thought in my own thought that Doc had a second Delorean that was destroyed in the end of part 3.. and when he returned on the time train .. and giving Marty a photo of him and the Doc from 1885.. and inside that picture frame photo was a letter from doc that contains the detail of the 2nd Delorean so Marty can use to come visit Doc when needed.. and then of course the story continues as it did in these two movies.. Thank you for sharing and I love I am a huge Back to the Future fan.. and still hope either a remake or continuation on the big screen someday .. and I am sorry that Michael J Fox and Robert Zemeckis both have incurable conditions.. may they still be a big part of Hollywood.
I miss Michael J. Fox. Such a-shame he has what he has. He’s always one of my fav actors. All of his movies are great and underrated. Secret Of My Success and High School USA are classics.

i cant believe you did all this over 4 years ago and i didnt see it until now. the bttf trilogy are some of my all time favourites. part of my very limited dvd collection of under a dozen movies. i have previously tried watching the scenes from the game, but not been able to get the full story. this was amazing! thank you so so much! fantastic work! incredible that you did it all in just a few months, if they ever were to do another movie, you should definitely be on the team!

I don't care what anyone says, these two games which cut scenes you stitched together ARE Back to the Future 4 and 5 to me. As I watched both videos, I remembered all three movies and the cut scenes you edited together made sense, all of them. And it was a treat finding your channel through your visit to Midnight's Edge.
It was big fun watching those two parts. That these were cut-scenes from a computer game was hardly noticable. Thanks a lot for the hard work you have done cutting all those scenes together. Great work!

Well done! I started watching, and couldn't stop watching. The Back to the Future trilogy is still in my brain after all these years, and this animated movie brought it all back to the future, today.

My son and I are huge BTTF fans. The first film was so well rounded...from cast, film score to editing, even emotionally driven. Parts II and III wrapped up the trilogy nicely. The only movie I've seen with an equal sense of symmetry is Guardians of the Galaxy. I played this game...well done taking time to editing the scenes together.

I loved it. Got me into the PS3 and gaming again. First one i got a platinum trophy.
This game was being hated because it was too cartoonish, people back then were expected that is was supposed to be looks more like Assassin Creeds or The Last of Us, or something at least not released in "episodes".

I hated the game's original ending. Clearly they were excited because that had Michael J Fox in the recording booth and they wanted to do something zany with him. It took up a lot of time, didn't go anywhere, was confusing, and didn't have a point. So I axed it to make the film shorter and more cohesive, but I left a window open at the end...just in case.
Thats the thing, mine had a whole ending scene with many martys in different outfits demanding that the Doc comes with him. Going to black as Doc Brown and Marty have no clue who to listen to. Here its just one and its just Audio. WTF?

I just finished watching back to the future 4 and 5 in November 2020 and I gotta say you did an amazing job. We laid my grandpa to rest today who supposedly passed away due to covid 19 and this helped cheer me up a little bit and I really appreciate that.

i didn't know about this game, been impressed with the effort put into these cutscenes, and you've done a great job of putting the game back into the form it was written to be! Thanks for your amazing work in bringing us the complete story in your edits in BTTF four and five! The scriptwriters must be fans of the films, they catch Marty's speech patterns and Doc's so well that I'm sure the Actors probably enjoyed the heck out of recording the script! Hey THANKS ;)

+AdamKoralik I cared a great deal about the third generation series mainly because it was the first one I went through. I was born at the tail end of the second generation. In fact I was born about 3 weeks before Ray Kassar said to Howard Warshaw "we need ET and we need it by September 1st". I'd like to see it but I understand if you don't do it.

@@thetwilightadventures6 hold up to the great Movies? I mean really? You can't even compare the quality. But happy to see you're so easily entertained. There are some big plot holes in the game movies as well and all in all this is just so much more bad than the three masterpieces

What a breath of fresh air. Watching the 2 telltale movies just brought back the memories of anticipation and anxiety from first seeing back to the future at the movies all those years ago. Thank u
Adam this was so awesome. I treated it like a animation movie, with the voices being original and everything this was literally a brilliant continuation, a true sequel to the original trilogy. Done with great editing. I aint got the time to play such a game but I enjoyed watching it. Thanks alot for putting this together. I been on a recent marathon of back to the future and after part 3 i wanted more. These were perfect for this. Watched both 4 and 5 movies and great work. Thanks. Mac

Absolutely love the 2 movies/games. I saw the movie several times and then bought the video and then the DVD's. But these are great. Hope to see another one.

Thanks, that was fun, part 1 and part 2! I wish they would remake this movie, not that it would be any good, just to revisit my childhood. Grew up on the classics.
