I would recommend to use single crochet on the cups for better coverage! It might take a bit longer but if you prefer that it is helpful!! I did this with mine!
pls never stop making these videos!! im so thankful that you give us all these beautiful project patterns and FOR FREE too!! 😭❤️❤️❤️ will definitely do this when i get my hands on some more yarn
you are hands down my favorite crochet tutorial youtuber ever!! genuinely love all of your pieces, everything is so beautiful and has pulled me out of my awful crochet block. girl, THANK YOUUU for being so amazing at explaining - i've never felt confused by your instructions. you are a gem and i am obsessed with you

For larger cups ,1) ws row.section off 22 sts for the cups , make one row of sc , increasing to 27ts evenly around the centre . 2) sc4 (counting the starting chain) hd 9 , 3hd into centre st. Hd9, sc4 (29sts) 3 ) Hd29. Repeat rows 2and 3.(31sts) R6) ch1 skip1,sc3, Hd 12, 3hd in centre st. Hd 12 ,sc3,skip1,sc into last st. (No increases) R7 HD 31. Repeat last two rows .Row10 RS.!! Sc 4, Hd 19 sc4. (Counting the starting chain, as usual). From now on work scs on the arm side of the piece only ,, (make hds on the centre bust side) and at the same time decrease 4 sts every ws row . 1 on each edge and work 3sts together in the centre. You might prefer to decrease less often in which case you should decrease the centre and increase the edges to maintain the pattern. You may also wish to make extra decreases on the decolette somewhere around row 12.for a rounder shaping. It helps a lot to use a marker in the central stitch. And to count sts every row because its really easy to make stitches where you shouodnt and to miss sts at the ends. Decrease tip ,yo, inser hook into front loop of 2sts, insert hook into both loops of the 3rd stitch, yo and pull through all. Another tip, is to work the stitches across the whole top for a few rows , especially if your ladies go around your underarms a bit, as most bigger ones do.just use a contrasting string as a marker so you know where to make your decreases for the cup . in my case, (33cm under and 39 full bust) I made 6 repeats and I made it a bit wider still by working down along the sides in the same way as the edging on the decolete. Actually I made that all the way around.
I dont know how to edit, sorry I made 7 repeats not 6 and that covered more of the back. I used about 170g of Drops muskat mercerised cotton and 4mm hook . I used 3.5 for the first repeat of the "skirt" ,the 1st 3rows of the bra part and the edgings.
omg this is amazing! as soon as I saw the top on the show I knew I need to make one for myself, I'm sooo glad there's a pattern already! thank you so much
I’m soo thankful for this tutorial ❤😊 love you and your videos keep it up don’t stop making these I love them!!!😊❤ Love the asmar that you are crocheting!
Iiiiiii loooove you, thank you for sharing the patterns with us. Love you think you can make like boot cut well fitted pants, with fluffy yarn raffle at the bottom 💅
For the foundation chain I always end up with only two chains left and 11 arches. I did 48 chains +1 and it seems to be wrong, do you have and idea about where I have messed up?
All good, just work into that last ch to make 12 loops total, it won’t be noticeable at all and as long as there’s 12 gaps the rest of the pattern should work out fine!
im so confused i did the 48 chains hen chained one more and single crocheted in the 2nd from the hook and i just cant get it even with the skip three, idk if i cant count or what but im on the verge of tears rn.😂
Hey I love this pattern and top!! I was just wondering if I wanted to make a version where the back is more covered would you suggest altering the cupsize or adding more fo the mermaid stitch so it can cover your back more? Thankyou!
How could you alter the pattern to cover a teeny bit more of the back? I’m assuming just make the whole thing wider but that might mess up where the cups end up so lemme know, beautiful design I LOVE ❤❤
i really want to make this into a dress but it's my first time so do you know how i would go about wrapping it around? i want it so be backless at the top and wrap it around at the low back but i'm not sure how go join the two sides
2nd row ,12 rounds are there, when you are started third row you are taken 5 chains and take it 1 dc but in your video end it with dc,When I do it that time it ends with cup, whst to do,please guide me ,
thank you for this pattern 🤗 i love this top and can’t wait to make it. I was wondering what brand and color yarn did you use for your blue top ? i tried using big twist acrylic yarn and my top doesn’t lay flat like yours so i think i need to switch yarns 😭
@@KamrynCainI just wanted to tell you that as someone who does beating and with a lot smaller beads than that. I've used seed beads that I have actually sew on by hand. That's how I learned at first so I JUST CAN'T use a beading loom like others do. The FIRST way you put the bead on isn't just the correct way. BUT it's also like a 100 XS what's the score of the way you did it the SECOND time. So if anybody here is wondering about this or thinking about going to another tutorial. There's your answer you don't have to worry about it because believe me~she did it right the first time! I have been doing beading work on and off... I'd say for about almost 40 years. Not just jewelry, but also on leather, deer skin and made hair wraps from different materials. #Mohawk #BearClan #Taino #NYGenXBIKERLady

Is it 48 foundaition chains (including the 1 turning chain) or is it 49 foundation chains (including the turning chain?

this is beautiful oh my god im hype to make
I really like that 🤩 pattern thank you 👍🏾 blessings
im so confused i did the 48 chains hen chained one more and single crocheted in the 2nd from the hook and i just cant get it even with the skip three, idk if i cant count or what but im on the verge of tears rn.😂
had to take apart and redo a good 6 or 7 times and finally got it.
ME TOO
@@lilohehe2403 I literally had to recount and rechain a bunch of times
@@lilohehe2403 for my first single crochet after the starting chain 5 i skipped 4 instead of 3 🥲 so maybe double check that
Don’t stress it too much babe, as long as you have 12 gaps you’re okay, you can have a little less or more if you need to skip or add some chains
So cute. I’m making halter tops too. I use Yarn Bee Soft Secret. I love this yarn.
UMMMMMM THIS IS SO CUTE WHAT THE HECK❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey I love this pattern and top!! I was just wondering if I wanted to make a version where the back is more covered would you suggest altering the cupsize or adding more fo the mermaid stitch so it can cover your back more? Thankyou!
Of course, just add more pattern repeats. When it comes to making the cups,, mark the stitches that youre going to work and forget the rest.
YAY IM SO HAPPY
this is my sign to start crocheting that top is adorable!!!
Just found you on You Tube. You are mow my favorite.
How could you alter the pattern to cover a teeny bit more of the back? I’m assuming just make the whole thing wider but that might mess up where the cups end up so lemme know, beautiful design I LOVE ❤❤
MAKING THIS RN😍
I used acrylic yarn for this top, do you recommend steaming it? I’ve never crocheted a shirt before so I’m not sure if steaming is the way to go 😭
Omg yes steaming is amazingggggg
Hiiii loving your tutorials
I’m making this for a D cup n I’m getting confused with how many foundation chains I should begin with
Measure half of your under-bust and chain that amount but keep it in multiples of 12 for example (48, 60, 72 etc)
omg i’m gonna make this right now
Update: just finished and love it! Thank you for this video!

THANKS FOR MAKIMG A TUTORIALLL
i really want to make it in white but idk if it will be see trough! does anyone knoww
i suggest pls put a video you wearing a top or the final result ^^

If im a size 32B but a 48 chain doesnt cover my whole half-under bust should i size up to 60?
What ever size fits half your bust and is multiples of 12 should work!!
My pattern won’t stay straight. Any tips?
hiya are we allowed to sell items we make using your patterns?? x

the rolling was my fault lol i did the pattern wrong. i just finished and it was so easy and fun 🤗
@@hannahg4383Hi! Mine is rolling too. What did you change to make it not roll?
What yarn weight are you using I couldn't read the materials
its 4
I don’t know how to keep the width consistent, I started with 5 and by the next row I ended up with 7 and it keeps increasing, what do I do?
you’re probably accidentally adding stitches?
anyone here know the exact number of HDC needed for the B cups??? i’m struggling
What size hook are you using ?
hii I love ur tutorials they are super helpful! what kind of bra do u wear under this without it showing?
I have yet to figure that out!! The best thing I can think of is a sticky bra or pasties
I was planning on sewing in a lining with a coordinating color to the yarn for a suggestion!
For the cups how many inches would a G cup be?
currently trying 9inches for a uk H. will let you know how it goes
It’s pronounced like pee co(the T is silent). 😊
Yayyy!! How many grams did you end up using?
100
Why is mine curling up? Am I doing something wrong?
your tension is probably too tight or you’re missing chains
looks amazing 🤍 I'm gonna do it right now
hiii!!!
Yayyyy
Please share me marathi link
love this too!! how much yarn would you say you used?
100 grams
Am not seeing any thing
I like your video but it is to fast please share it little bit slowly
Can I make this not backless?
Yeah just work in the round
