Albeit Crohns is a genetic disease, I am definitely sure my very poor dietary habit - which has built up the past decade - triggered symptoms and I am sure of it. The corporate lifestyle along with the crazy hours which I used to indulge in didn’t help either for my mental health. I left my job at Goldman Sachs during lockdown as my symptoms became worse and thus decided to go back into higher education after almost donkey years since I left uni lol. Enjoying it so far, and hoping to travel a bit to conduct research as per my DPHIL. All the best with your 2023 mate!

No proper sleep is the root cause for all disease. Due to stress am lacking in sleep and I can't able to recover myself from that. So am feeling as if am absent from this world. am getting sleep in early morning only and this gives me sever headache. Please give me remedy for this problem
