Transport Mode - How To Put Your Harley-Davidson in Transport Mode

Transport Mode saves your battery from draining when hauling a Harley-Davidson equipped with security. When you're hauling your Harley and the key fob is not detected by the security system, it thinks that the bike is being tampered with. This causes the lights to flash and depending on how far you're hauling your Harley-Davidson, it could completely drain your battery.
With the key fob present, follow these 3 steps to prevent this from happening to you:
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Turn the ignition off.
3. Hit both blinkers.
If done properly, the odometer will read "Transport Mode Active" and the blinkers will flash 3 times.

Is there a procedure to take it back out of transport mode, or does the bike just restart normally in the presence of the fob?

nothing needed to take it out of transport mode. Just have the fob with in range, turn it on and fire it up and that takes it out of transport mode. one item he was not 100% clear on is when you turn the bike on (make sure you have the fox), you have to turn it back off prior to the security light going off - then you hold the turn signals simultaneously.

I have a 2018 road glide... The blinkers flash but the panel doesn't say active?
