Hot Pursuit is the sixteenth Need for Speed title and was released in November 2010, with digital distribution versions released within December 2010. honestly, when i tried to emp the heli, it would always fail cuz its just so fast

@@dylangarcia2073 you can emp the heli when its dropping spikes... It usually hover over spike giving enough time to emp it

Only when it is moving at similar speeds. Easier to do in hyper. Most of the time, it isn't worth the effort as it would either waste an EMP (too fast), or waste time (stopped to aim hovering helicopter that just dropped a spike, allowing others to catch up).

few tips
- when initiating a drift, start with a lower angle and gradualy increase it, you will carry more speed
- when drifting *do not* use NOS, for example at 1:10 you used almost 75% of your tan to get ~5-10 KPH. If you saved your NOS for the straight you would get much much more speed from the 75% procent
- as a racer try to stay in oncoming lane as much as you can and do as many near misses as you can, especially oncoming, it is the fastest way to regenerate NOS. however if you have the chance, slipstream other cars as you get the same NOS regenerate boost and a minor speed increase.

Applies to singleplayer only. In multiplayer, police cars have to touch a racer's car and keep it still for 3 seconds to bust. Roadblock units cannot bust racers.
