You are so right. We (Greeks) would skip avocado and use green paprika (piperia). And wild oregano!!!! That is a Very tasty healthy salade. Avocado is really good to include in a salad. I made it .delicious!!

This greek salad is colorful and I really like greek salad because it has a different kinds of veggies and each vegetable has its own taste and all veggies combined together and the results is fantastic indeed !
