I have been trying to convince everyone else for the past 20 years! (I succeeded with my brother-in-law 😅) I bought my first projector in 2002, when entry level first became "affordable" (AUD$4,000 - 800 x 600 resolution - standard Long Throw). I have owned and upgraded to affordable Projectors ever since - currently a 5 year old 'Optoma GT1080' 0.5:1 Short Throw. And I have looked forward to upgrading to an Ultra Short Throw projector ever since I first saw them appear about 5 years ago. I always buy affordable projectors and was just waiting for the right price. You have made that dream come true! 😄 Plus shown me features in a projector that I never dreamed of - automatic wall colour correction, auto-focus, ambient light detection, amazing in-built sound system, ultra long lamp life span etc etc. It solves SO many of the issues that I have lived with for years. *** UPDATE (3 Sep 2021) *** Guess what JMGO guys!? After 20 years of my actual brother (not-brother-in-law who I conviced years ago) seeming uninterested in projectors... He is FINALLY buying his first projector (standard O1) ever! 😄 The O1 is such an amazingly designed and easy to use projector that he was FINALLY motivated to get a projector. After 20 years of him thinking that I had a cool projector setup, but being overwhelmed by the complexity of projector use and how to setup a projector Theatre room himself. You guys did it! Made it so easy and accessible to many who would otherwise be intimidated by a projector setup. Unfortunately, he missed the initial O1 shipments, because he only recently placed an order (after a couple of months of pondering - and so I also missed out on the Kickbooster deadline 🙁). But yeah, he is now super excited to try out his first projector and is now looking at all the walls inside and outside of his house to project on 😅

The O1 is already available on Taobao. You are right, the main difference if you purchase O1 from our Indiegogo campaign, you will get the international firmware. If you put Chinese address, yes you will get the international version. Just a reminder that if you plan to use it in China, you want to install a VPN apk. with a USB to the machine so you can enjoy the all the foreign apps. We've been shipping out O1 worldwide already, so of course it won't be long if you're based in China.

So you will have to expect receiving later if you decided to back us now. The input lag of O1 and O1 Pro are both 30ms with low latency mode. O1 Pro is not yet launched in China, still in planning stage. Do keep a lookout on the announcement about the launch
I've backed this and there are a few disgruntled backers who were expecting their unit this month (September) but communication have been great. I am backer #581 for your 01 Pro indigogo campaign. On 13th October, within update #24, you explained that if I paid extra for air shipping, I could expect shipment in the next week. I paid the additional $140 and waited patiently. On 6th November, within update #30 you explained that all remaining 01 Pro’s would be sent out on the 20th. On the 16th November, within update #31 you explained that shipping was on track and we should stay tuned for our tracking code. My patience has waned. It is now 25th November and I STILL have no tracking code or any idea when [if] I will receive my 01 Pro.

Hi, so we've got the Movie Mode where we've pre-installed all of the mainstream video streaming apps, and Luna OS is the Companion Mode where we've developed a bunch of smart widgets like music visualizer, message board, weather dashboard, digital art gallery by MANA, that creates more usage scenario than just any other regular projector. The aforementioned widgets are what we have now, and we're working on creating more.

Under Movie Mode, you can download 88 mainstream apps, to name a few RUclips, Netflix, Spotify, Facebook, tubi tv, CNN news, NBA app, however, we don't have Amazon Prime and Disney+. Companion Mode aka Luna OS are those smart widgets I've already told you about.
JMGO S3 is a laser TV and it is is older model. The O1 Series is a LED projector. LED light source is different from laser light source, hence the color concentration could be different. So it really depends on your preference on the image and color quality, And don't forget the price is also drastically different.
Hi Kiko9, you don’t actually need a screen for projection as long as you have a wide enough blank wall that enables you to project up to 80-100” will be the most optimized screen quality. Otherwise we recommend getting an ambient light rejecting screen.The O1 Pro comes with a back AI camera that enables auto frame fitting when viewing.

I am backer #581 for your 01 Pro indigogo campaign. On 13th October, within update #24, you explained that if I paid extra for air shipping, I could expect shipment in the next week. I paid the additional $140 and waited patiently. On 6th November, within update #30 you explained that all remaining 01 Pro’s would be sent out on the 20th. On the 16th November, within update #31 you explained that shipping was on track and we should stay tuned for our tracking code. My patience has waned. It is now 25th November and I STILL have no tracking code or any idea when [if] I will receive my 01 Pro.

I want to order the jmgo o1 pro, but the shipping costs more than the price of the product on indiegogo..the shipping to Kuwait only without the projector costs 10,000 HKD…which is ludicrous…I hope you it’s a mistake and it should be fixed if so…if not I’ll consider buying another brand projector.

Hi, so we've got the Movie Mode where we've pre-installed all of the mainstream video streaming apps, and Luna OS is the Companion Mode where we've developed a bunch of smart widgets like music visualizer, message board, weather dashboard, digital art gallery by MANA, that creates more usage scenario than just any other regular projector. The aforementioned widgets are what we have now, and we're working on creating more.

Under Movie Mode, you can download 88 mainstream apps, to name a few RUclips, Netflix, Spotify, Facebook, tubi tv, CNN news, NBA app, however, we don't have Amazon Prime and Disney+. Companion Mode aka Luna OS are those smart widgets I've already told you about.

JMGO S3 is a laser TV and it is is older model. The O1 Series is a LED projector. LED light source is different from laser light source, hence the color concentration could be different. So it really depends on your preference on the image and color quality, And don't forget the price is also drastically different.

Hi Kiko9, you don’t actually need a screen for projection as long as you have a wide enough blank wall that enables you to project up to 80-100” will be the most optimized screen quality. Otherwise we recommend getting an ambient light rejecting screen.The O1 Pro comes with a back AI camera that enables auto frame fitting when viewing.
HDMI is 2.0 or 2.1 ? will projector be good for Playstation Xbox or PC gaming, also please make video gaming on this projector , thanks

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with the P2 battery and JmGo's service in India.
