- Based on the EB-08 Reginlaze's frame, the Reginlaze Julia is a prototype high mobility, high output mobile suit developed by Gjallarhorn's new mobile suit research and development team, which accompanied the Outer Lunar Orbit Joint Fleet (aka Arianrhod Fleet). Its mobility is maximized through the use of new leg thruster units at the end of the extended legs, and the addition of thrusters on various body parts.
While the Reginlaze is designed so that any pilot can use it, the Reginlaze Julia sacrificed this aspect for better performance, in fact its performance now directly reflects the skills of the pilot. Thus to operate it, the pilot must be highly skilled. The suit's name was given by Yamazin Toka, a member of the research and development team, and registered formally after Julieta Juris decided to be the test pilot.
In terms of operational use, the Reginlaze Julia places particular importance on solitary operation, and this reflects the combat data of the EB-AX2 Graze Ein. The Graze Ein had a strong influence on the research and development team, this is seen not only in their effort to upsize the machine, but also in the creatural silhouette which is found to be the best design based on Graze Ein's movements. However, while the Graze Ein is mainly used for ground combat, the Reginlaze Julia is designed for zero gravity environment, so its design concept is extremely different.
Despite this, the Reginlaze Julia is capable of operating on the ground due to its Reginlaze frame, and can carry out high-speed ground combat via hovering. Even though its ground performance is inferior to its space performance, it is still an improvement over the standard Reginlaze's. In the final battle, the mobile suit was refitted with a normal right manipulator hand, and uses a large blade and large shield instead of the two arm-mounted Julian Swords.

tbh, it ain't that bad the way she killed barbatos. She didn't directly take any credit, only "Under the authority of Arianrhod Fleet..." and didn't hit mikazaki directly.

@@megazero952I agree and disagree with you on this one, I agree that there is no fair fight in war but at the same time if we have to look back from season 1 tekkadan really show that they are reliable and strong but then season 2 they kinda fucked up so it doesn't make sense, and I'll blame the writer one this one because the story on the season 2 kinda rush and stupid..

いつも思うがレクスの猛攻食らって生きてるのホンマにおかしい。脚本補正掛かり過ぎだろ。ジュリエッタは型落ち機体のアミダ姐さんにボコボコにされる腕前なのに三日月相手に粘りすぎ。しかもレギンレイズジュリアの性能はレクスよりも高いとかどうなってんねん。
言うほどアミダさん自体にはボコられてないでしょ

I enjoyed the series and a lot of it's highs, but the writing was limited in how it tried to push some of the events. Too many "twists" you could see the show prepping you to take without lube(you can see it coming, so you're kinda in that mode where either you drop the show, or you take it up the arse).

Yes
It does. I love the sounds and how heavy the impacts are with all the sparks. The machines look like they're under so much stress with each hit. it really sells the power of each mobile suit. And I really love the battle damage they sustain as the fights drag on.
