Woonsa Actually no joke, Raoh has ultra instinct in the series. His body reacts without him thinking to protect himself. He usually blocks insteAd of dodging though because he is too big. And fyi, ultra instinct is a real life thing, obviously it's not cartoony where you can sense everything and dodge all attacks but the human body will frequently point you to dangers almost magically at the right moment to avoid them. I assume that the body senses these things in a way that is unconscious to the person and sends a non direct signal to the brain so that the human takes notice of it somehow. A weak example of this is like that feeling people get when they are being watched. Obviously in fights it's a whole different story though lmao.
It's Musou Tensei if it was trash, given a cute "God" label and some hair dye. Whis would even struggle against Ken as Musou Tensei is all about traversing the space between life and death. Ken literally dematerializes, soul and all, as he evades an attack and launches 3 million counterattacks. The only ones who could stop him are Beerus aiming a perfectly timed Hakai, or Zeno. I mean _perfect,_ like he has to predict where Ken's teleporting, and when MT has a cooldown. He'd get exhausted trying to find out, while Ken's still up for more.

@@turricanrocks1552 I'm late as hell, sorry, but it is downgraded. Musou Tensei is a permanent state of being, unable to be turned off once it's accessed. All you need to access it is learning both true sorrow and love, while you already mastered Hokuto Shinken. You also don't need zero stamina or emotional numbness to activate it or suffer any side effects. It automatically sends you to the void, only for you to come out again and land a perfect counterattack. Imagine using Instant Transmission forever, easily, nearby, and you always land your hits...unless you meet a fellow Musou Tensei user. Furthermore, Ultra Instinct only capitalizes on your already-obtained abilities. Musou Tensei not only does that, but allows you to connect to the Spirit World to use your former opponents' techniques. Sadly, since his friends/relevant enemies aren't dead, Goku has no use for the latter ability. That, and Kenshiro was built to be the perfect assassin. He's not there to fight normally. He observes his opponent, assimilates their techniques, and either kills them or watches them die. His martial art was built solely for this, and was claimed to be the best for this very reason.

For those that don't get it, putting Dragon Ball Super's Ultimate Battle music to fight scenes that resemble "Ultra Instinct" has been a meme ever since someone did it with Shaggy from Scooby Doo. Also, while "Fist Of The North Star" did indeed use the concept behind Ultra Instinct before Dragon Ball, muso tensei is not it. Rao has the ability to counter attacks without thinking, based on his malice, killing intent or something. Muso tensei is about the desire to become detached from the world, due to sadness, bringing about the ability not to be hit and erase those who persist in trying to get near you. Muso tensei is SUPERIOR to Ultra Instinct. Ultra instinct, and Rao's trick before it, are based on a real martial arts technique known as "the body moving on it's own", or "the secret of selfishness" if you want to be literal. That in turn is based on the ability of certain animals to move their limbs independent of their brains(due to a decentralized nervous system). Muso tensei is based on ability of gods to create from nothing, to return things to nothing and move through space time like it's nothing. The two are like apples and oranges. Both are sweet fruit, but of flavors that are not comparable, only the apple in this case is one of Idun's that makes one live longer than otherwise possible while the orange is just a plain ease hunger but can't reverse old age orange.
You are referring to Musou Insatsu, "Nil-Thought Shadow Kill". Notice how it has a similar name to MT, and no wonder he would acquire MT at some point.

im talking about toki not raoh toki dosent have musou tensei and dosent have either that technique you talking about raoh is the only one who have it and its called musou insatsu
Let me give you all a context : Kenshiro was inspired from Bruce Lee. And Bruce Lee took inspiration and copied Muhammad Ali. Muhammad Ali was one of the fasted and smartest boxers. He can memorizes and predict opponents move. And one match he dodge 21 punches that was thrown at him in 10 seconds while he was trapped in a corner. And some say that inspired Ultra Instinct. So, Ultra Instinct and Muso Tensei are the same thing.
That moment when people don't realize ultra instinct is a middle tier feat for FOTNS... seriously, Roah has an ability called "Muso Insatsu" that allows him to move without thinking. He has this the first time Toki and raoh fight...which is about 1/4 of the way through the series. Raoh, toki, and Kenshiro all gain this ability in their base forms. Muso tensei later adds to this by making your body intangible.
