Good morning from Houston TX , we’re senior couple but we’re still go to gym every day for boot camp 😊 , cycling, we’re going to go to Kauai in May and our VRBO is in south shore
We love your itinerary, you said we have to start early ( we love it) is 7 am early enough 😮? This is our second timers to Kauai but if you have any recommendations please share with us

In some cases maybe 6am might be better. Depends if you are on the same side of the island as the activity too. The more you are, the earlier you don't have to get up. I would definitely recommend hiking at least part of the Kalalau Trail if you haven't already. Have a great time!
