    Somehow your "oddball" aproach works well for both you and Chloe who is always relaxed. Glad you addressed the breathing issue. 🐯

    a photography shootout between Gavin and Seth to see who can use the most random everyday things to create incredible shots would be must-watch TV 😊
    (and special shoutout to Lindsay as well who I've seen use literal dollar-store items for like beautiful high-end fashion shots)

      YES!!!! I'll bring an everyday item as a background and Seth can provide the everyday object as a lighting mod... Bring it on 😁

    This looks like something that would have been shot in the 90's. I think if you had another light with a colored gel, it would look more appealing. Also maybe add a scrim or something to diffuse the light from the sun.

    Great video. Looked like a fun time. I can see a great Halloween/Horror themed shoot with darkness and maybe orangish light with the model behind and pressing into the sheet. Maybe some fog for mood. Or even go the other way in a bright situation with the model in front and fog filling the back of the sheet creating a sort of angelic look. Lots of possibilities.

    Super, super video. Really great images using just a single (inexpensive) prop. Always like your images shooting along the side of walls, sheets and backdrops. Today's images were exceptional. Well done to All. Chloe looked great even when being part smothered by plastic. How about making a tent-like shape and sprinkling it with water for "rain-drops", or filling it with smoke and coloured gels lighting it (i hear Deep Purple is a common request). Thanks to Everyone

    • @GavinHoey
      @GavinHoey Месяц назад +1

      Hi Kenneth. The Fuji HS-2 was a joy to use in every way except one. I loved the features, some of which I've never seen before and massively miss already. The image resolution was a significant step up to what I'm used to and the ergonomics were excellent. I had a problem with the AF showing false positives on face / eye detect (which I use all of the time) but Fuji assured me that a future firmware update will sort that known issue (but sadly only after my loaner had been returned).

    • @mattl8723
      @mattl8723 Месяц назад

      Wait... did I miss something? Are you not an OM Systems ambassador anymore? If I'm being selfish, that would be a good result for me if he's going to be using gear like mine.
