    Citric acid is the most important organic acid produced in tonnage and is extensively used in food and pharmaceutical industries. It is produced mainly by submerged fermentation using Aspergillus niger or Candida sp. from different sources of carbohydrates, such as molasses and starch based media.

    Hi, I am looking for a list of Products (Acids, Enzymes etc) that are related in any way to Aspergillus Niger, since I am extremely sensitive to it and want to make a food list to avoid. I already found out some info, but not sure about others. would you please please please assist me?

    Sir.. aspergillus Niger is a fungus right?? Then u're calling it a bacterial example ... it is not a bacterial strain right??
