    Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze
    Tenderloin Ingredients
    * 2-4 lb Pork Tenderloin
    * 1 tsp Salt
    * 1 tsp Pepper
    * 1 Cup Water
    Glaze Ingredients
    * 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
    * 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
    * 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
    * 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1. Add Pork Tenderloin to Instant Pot
    2. Season with Salt & Pepper
    3. Add water to IP
    4. Close lid and seal
    5. Set on manual high pressure for 20 min
    6. While Pork cooks prepare Glaze
    7. In a small saucepan combine all glaze ingredients
    8. Mix and reduce for 3-4 min
    9. Cover and let cool while Pork finishes cooking
    10. When Cooking completes, allow 10 min natural pressure release
    11. Release any remaining pressure
    12. Slice Pork and drizzle with glaze
    13. Serve with rice
