  • Designing The Shell & Building Cannons! | Building A Custom UT-AT In LEGO, I'm going all out in this episode and building everything I can, exterior panels Repolsers, and anti personal cannons, which should hopefully help this tank start to take shape. For the cannon, you can use the wrench piece (I don’t actually know what it’s name is, but it’s the piece that is used for the Magna Guard hands) to make a hinge that doesn’t look as thin and would fit right into that 1x1 cylinder

Every Lego geek is watching these and I’m one keep up coconut

    Looking good mate!

The idea to scale the UT-AT down from minifig-scale to more of an "Play"-size was great. Minifig-scale works good for Fighters or smaller vehicles, but bigger ones like UT-AT, AT-TE, AT-AT just looks to big on a normal sized MOC, but the compromise looks good in my opinion.

  • @The_Archi-Tech

I think the maneuverability of the canons is better then a slightly better look

  • @bionicvulcan

One of the reasons the republic used walkers so much is they can walk through sheilds where as hovering and flying vehicles can an example of this is in the 2nd battle of geonosis where the AT-TE's go through the sheild to help take down the generator and then the gunships are able to swoop in.

I feel that the movable anti personel cannons are better, but they could be shortened down a bit in my opinion.

  • @robonut0357

Put two cheese slopes opposing each other under the hinged barrel of the moving gun to help cover up the gap. Looks great so far!

  • @BJBrickStudios

I liked how whenever you said how Republic vehicles are always bland in color and then you showed the Muunilist 10 gunship for comparison I mean come on who doesn’t love that beautiful ship.

  • @leokakko8464

It will be beautiful for sure

  • @theend1555

  • @_Concordial

Dude, absolutely stunning. Good job so far, love the angles!.

  • @BRIXPRODUCTIONS14

U can also use a stud-holed clip piece for the cannon

  • @kidcollectable4043

Awesome build! I think you should add more of those storage containers in maybe a grey and red color to make the tank feel more lived in. On the photo of the UTAT there are multiple of those storage containers seen on the tank so I think it would definitely work for what you are trying to go with for this moc.

  • @neoafter0212
