Ahsoka is extremely battle-tested becoming a padawan right at the start of the Clone Wars so all she knew as a Jedi was war. She has fought Sith Inquisitors, Asajj Ventress, Pre Vizsla, Darth Maul, General Grievous, and of course Darth Vader. She is one of the very best lightsaber duelists remaining in the galaxy. Although she left the order and doesn't refer to herself as a Jedi, she is extremely aligned with the light side and is arguably more of a Jedi than many in the order before she left...
The Jedi temple on Lothal has the power to move things through time. It was hidden by the original three force users. The Jedi Temple from the films which was on Courasant hides a Sith Temple under several dozen layers of the planet but also it acts as the main Jedi library and collection of Holocrons is locked down there. Each Temple has a purpose and Jedi must find it.
"WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?" Answer: About 11 combined seasons from 2 different shows worth of plot lines coming to a conclusion lol. Seriously, though, if you liked this, you should definitely watch Clone Wars and Rebels if you want the whole story. They actually changed the lore of Star Wars with these shows, and set the blue print for style and story telling that you see in The Mandalorian.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames the stories in clone wars and rebels are EPIC please watch them and show your reactions… also the “triangle” is not technology.
To explain the end of the fight: The last 40 seconds or so are from a different episode 1 season later. At that point we didn't know if Ahsoka survived the duel. We only saw Vader walking out of the temple after the explosion at the end of season 2, which led many to believe that Vader killed Ahsoka. But a season later (I will simplify this for the sake of keeping this comment relatively short.) Ezra (the kid that saved Ahsoka) finds a way into an ancient temple of sorts that enables him to basically time travel and change certain events. So in the so-called "World between Worlds" Ezra found a portal that showed the duel between Ahsoka and Vader. He saw that if he didn't intervene Vader would kill Ahsoka, so he pulled her out of the temple thus changing the past somewhat so that's why Ahsoka still lives. And to think that if Ezra didn't rescue her from the future Ahsoka would be dead. It's a lot to think about :D It's also crazy how far Ahsoka has come and how strong she is at this point. She gave one of the greatest fights to Vader in his career. Although of course she didn't even stand a chance to beat Vader and the only time she was able to land a hit on him was when he was distracted and managed to surprise him from behind. Almost the whole fight Vader was on the offensive and you can see at the end of their first exchange she was less and less effective in defending Vader's heavy and decisive strikes and was tiring fast while Vader was relentless. She was lucky Vader only pushed her off the edge because she would have died there if he actually wanted to kill her. It was only in their second exchange where Vader decided he can't turn her to his side so he went for the kill and yeah, it took time travel to save Ahsoka :D
@@494Farrell My bad, but I figured since they are wawtching one of the biggest spoilers from the show I assumed they don't really care. Especially since they asked many questions in the video they wanted us to answer that are pretty spoilery.
Just a little precision the time travel part of the World Between Worlds isn't is main purpose. As Filoni himself explain the WBW is only about knowledge, knowledge from the past ,present and future. You can choose to alter some events but you don't even know if that's not the way it always happened like for Ahsoka you forgot to mention that in the end after seeing Vader leaping away from the temple we also see Ahsoka going further in the temple because Ahsoka is always saved by Ezra.
@GAVIN SIROIS You think you've seen it all? Nah. You ain't seen nothin yet, nah you ain't seen nothin yet. I've seen comments way longer, a channel called Hanzo Hasashi has done more, I'm subbed to em, good videos.
Actually Ezra is not necessarily changing anything, or in this particular case, changing actually nothing. We don't know whether Ahsoka died, when the Episode came out. We assumed she died. The later Episode actually showed us, that she actually didn't die, but was saved. That the timeframe for Ahsoka was a lot shorter than it was for Ezra doesn't matter either. It also doesn't matter for this, that Ahsoka was literally gone in between both moments and did not exist during these. From our perspective, Ahsoka was taken out of the timeline and then later re-integrated, while from Ahsokas perspective she never left a continuous path. This are the confusions that make time-travel such a problematic tool in story-telling. a) it is hard to write it in a logical way and b) whether your audience understands it is a whole other level. It's easily the most confusing thing in writing stories and should be avoided if not necessary. But, in this case, history, and therefor present, have *not* been altered. Yes, the present were different if Ezra wouldn't have pulled out Ahsoka, but the point that he did. He already did it when he still believed Ahsoka was dead, he just wasn't as far in the future (/his future) to be aware of that moment. It happened, because it already happened and therefor it will happen and cannot happen any other way. This though causes the problem of a creating a deterministic universe. Another reason why story-writers should avoid time-travel within their stories. It may force them into a fixed narrative they cannot escape anymore, without breaking their own rules.
Love the after reaction. Ahsoka was originally hated when she made her screen debute in the clone wars but in now arguably one of the most beloved characters.
Interesting that she had to grow on the community. We saw her for first time in Mandolorian so she’s always been a badass to us. 🙂 look forward to seeing her evolve in Clone Wars
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames , exactly what Joseph said, she was not well welcomed, and even hated, by the fan base when she was introduced. These very people are now drooling in aww while waiting for the Ahsoka Series.
When Anakin's half quarter of his face was revealed, she actually saw her master. His pupil was at the normal size. Still Sith Yellow, but he was there, Anakin was still there. But when she didn't want to leave, thats when Darth Vadar took over (thus pupil shrinking to Darth Vader Kill). He's still in there but she wasnt the one to save him. And we all know Luke saved Anakin
I think both Ahsoka and Obi-Wan somehow managed to add a few drops to the glass, and Luke, Vader's son has managed to add the last drops until breaking the camel's back, and finally managing to bring Anakin back
Yes obi wan and ashoka almost got through too Anakin ... you can see in the obi wan series ... and this fight ... when she says she won't leave him ... he pauses ... thinks ... great story telling... the animated shows make the movies so much better
Ahsoka is only in the clone wars, rebels and the mandalorian. The clone wars is by far considered the best star wars content ever. Not only does it show lightsaber dual in a way that could be made in live action, but it also make the prequels even better as we see the evolution of anakin character. Aside from Ahsoka, the clones are the heartof the show, seeing them fight side by side, protect and even sacrificing themselves for those they will eventually betray make everything so tragic.

@@sabotuerelthendo2578 I think it's a little bit of both. In Clone Wars she calls him "her older brother" and in the Ahsoka novel she refers to both Anakin and Obi-Wan as her adoptive parents.
Yeah seems like it’s a must now. We don’t normally like animation so we started with this to even see if it could peak our interest and it definitely has done that and more 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames , yeah, it hit us soooo much differently !! You saw TWO episodes, that were spaced apart by years, and you didn't see the end of the first episode. When Ahsoka 'falls' and Vadar walks away. The way she fell, the way it was shot, fans didnt know if she fell to hear death, or did she walk down a staircase. Stirred ALOT of debate and conversations. Then about a year later, at a convention, Dave wore a short, that read, Ahsoka Lives? Then near the end of the convention, he came back with an indintical shirt, but if you looked closely, it read, Ahsoka Lives ! Talk about threw gasoline on the fires.
What's crazy is when Darth Vader said Ahsoka, it was one of the only times Anakin ever broke through while being Vader. Ahsoka is honestly one of the best characters in the SW Universe. That's why there was so much hype and anticipation leading up to her live action appearance. The clone wars and Rebels series are must see for SW fans 👍
If you haven't seen The Clone Wars, YOU HAVE TO! The Clone Wars is the best thing that has ever come out of Star Wars imo. I love it dearly ❤ Edit: I would LOVE if you did a reaction series to TCW and Rebels! If that is too much for you, maybe a video reviewing each season or something, just to share your thoughts? Also, I recommend not watching anymore scenes from the shows, as they will impact you WAY more if you see them in context.
Yeah this has us hooked now and we plan to watch both series. We are figuring out if we do it as a reaction or not. Haven’t done that before for a tv show so need to do a little more research 😊
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I definetly recommend to do reactions to certain arcs from the Clone Wars series you guys don't have to do every episode but there are moments in the series that are totally worth it.

I love how you only see this clip and then try to piece things together from what you've seen so far. You guys will have a blast watching Clone Wars and Rebels. I hope you give us an update video on your thoughts after you've seen everything. Also, there's an Ahsoka novel that I recommend that explains what she went through between Clone Wars and Rebels.
It’s fun trying to come up with theories and this scene has definitely gotten us hooked into the Star Wars animation series so Clone Wars and Rebels will come 🙂🥳
Almost accurate. She was about to be stripped of her status as a Jedi pending a trial that she was eventually found innocent in, the order as an apology for not trusting her then offered her her position back as well as the rank of Knight (calling the whole ordeal her "trial" to become a Knight as determined by fate), but she rejected it and left the order of her own volition because they didn't trust her originally and try their best to prove her innocence (Anakin was the only one that did) so she felt she could no longer trust them.
She wasn't stripped of her rank. She was accused of treason and Jedi nearly removed her but was found innocent, but the damaged was done and Ahsoka saw the hypocrisy within the Jedi Order and the masters that she decided to leave and not return. In her eyes the masters, even Yoda to an extent, failed her and betrayed her and her trust (Which they kind of did) so she bounced from the order to do her own thing.
In this video we can see how Darth Vader not only fights with Ashoka with the skills that he taught him, but also that he tries to manipulate her to help the dark side. It is an incredible detail that Ezra has such courage before Vader, since he is before the most powerful Sith in the entire galaxy
Others have explained it but I'll try to summarise things without spoiling it 1.) why isn't ahsoka a jedi? You'll have to watch the clone wars for that I'm afraid I won't say more. 2.) ahsoka wasn't in the prequels at all (that also makes sense when you watch the clone wars) I cannot express how important it I that you watch that show. 3.) this clip was from the show star wars rebels which came after the clone wars. Its not as good in my opinion but still worth it. 4.) the kid that fought vader and was saved is ezra and he was the same guy who pulled ahsoka through that portal. Bear in mind that portal scene from later in the show and was edited in by that video maker. As always love the content and feel free to ask if I didn't cover something, I love star wars
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Also Ashoka from Mandalorian season 2 is from 11 years after her duel against Vader(when she did not agree to teach Grogu, Ashoka remember exactly this moment)
Of course Rebels isn’t as good as Clone Wars but don’t downplay it or give them any hint that it isn’t as good. They didn’t know it wasn’t as good as clone wars. All they know is this fight scene was amazing and they enjoyed it. You never know, they might like it better than the clone wars I know I did. I grew to like rebels more than clone wars because of the main characters, Ezra, Kanan, Hera, Sabine, Zeb and chopper not because of the storyline but I will admit clone wars was far better.
the cinergy between the characters is basically like this: OB1: Anakin no! Anakin: Anakin yes! Ashoka: Anakin yes! OB1 and Anakin: Ashoka, no! Ashoka is Anakin's little sister while OB1 plays the father for the 2 of them
You need to see Darth Vader Vs Ahsoka (With Flashbacks) Yes, that's the title. It plays the fight scene here, but it plays flashbacks from the Clone Wars, showing the big brother/little sister relationship Anakin and Ahsoka had as master and apprentice, from their first battle together to where Ahsoka was framed for a crime she didn't commit and left the Jedi Order; which is one of the reasons Anakin had such animosity for the Council in Episode III. They also use the music from when Luke dueled with Vader after he discovered Luke had a twin sister, which makes the scene all the more heart breaking.
Correction btw the dark side is based on passion. You only use it when it benefits you. The most passionate thing is hate since you have you focus on it n it doesnt exist unless you have negative emotions
The reason Anakin allows Vader to stay in control and keep himself submissive to the pain of the dark side is because he believes he killed Padme and his unborn child. He can't imagine returning to be Anakin and be without them so even though he cares for Ahsoka he doesn't feel it is enough to forgive himself. Only when he sees Luke about to be killed and his daughter's eventual suffering at Luke's death is it enough to become the father, he never had but wants to be for them and Padme's memory. I theorize after he saves Luke and destroys the Sith Emperor, like Padme, dies of a broken heart, and not his suits failure. In Anakin's mind and heart, he can fulfill the prophecy save his children and pay for Padme, cleansing his soul (in his opinion) and bringing peace to the galaxy, at last. Thank you for your patience, may the Force be with you.
Ashoka wasn't in the 3 original star wars movies because she was away on missions while anakins decline was happening and she sensed order 66 when anakin became vader
This entire fight is from Star Wars Rebels. The first part of the fight is from the last episode of Season 2 and the ending happens in a later episode.
If you want more of Ahsoka, then simply watch the Clone Wars and then Rebels after... Then you will be well indoctrinated into the Cult from a Galaxy Far Far Away
Ashoka isn't shown in any of the films. Just in the clone wars series and Rebels. The guy that pulled her out is the same kid who was lipping off Vader. It just happens in later seasons through some force temple where he pulled her back through time.
I know people are saying Star Wars Rebels isn’t as good as the Clone Wars which it isn’t but just ignore them and me the series is actually great and you will grow to love it. The story line isn’t as good as the Clone Wars but the characters and their relationships exceed expectations. Especially the boy you kept telling to run his name is Ezra Bridger his character development is phenomenal he does what Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader couldn’t and that is letting go.
First of all I really love your Reactions because they are real. And the most of your questions get answered when you watched The Clone Wars. And when you watched the Clone Wars then watched this scene again. I think then you have other feelings. But only if you want. PS: I also think Ahsoka is character nobody hates. I don't know one person who don't like her 😂
This is my second favorite battle of the entire series, because it actually rounds out the characters in a way that the main movies couldn't possibly imagine. But my favorite battle is just Palpatine having a fun time absolutely destroying Darth Maul and his brother.
Clone wars series (Starting movie plus 7 seasons) takes place between episodes II and III. Ahsoka is Anakins apprentice. The Clone Wars series show that it was not some short skirmish, it was war taking years. There are more amazing characters in the series, like Ventress, Boba Fett, Maul. The story gets more depth thanks to the series, shows the way of Anakin to the dark side in better view (it was not just his quick decision, he was going there for years). And yes, Ahsoka is there all the time. The movie above is from the show Rebels, which continues with the story between EIII and EIV, sometimes about 5 years before New hope. Mandalorian takes place after E VI, there are characters from the Clone Wars and Rebels (Bo Katan, Ahsoka, there will be Thrawn, probably Ezra, Sabine). And there is yet another series currently airing, Bad Batch, it shows what happened to the group of clone soldiers after EIII (so this takes place between Clone Wars and Rebels and is not yet finished, maybe Ahsoka will appear there - Rex, Hera and Chopper do). I suggest you start watching the shows, they are amazing (there are some slow episodes, but also some great ones. What started as show for kids became more of perfect expansion of the movies.
Glad they made it so it’s not just for kids. We were afraid it being animated it would be too kid like but this was super fun so we look forward to checking out both Clone Wars and Rebels 😎🍿
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames The first couple seasons have their childlike moments and awkward things if you're an adult but it gets more and more darker as it goes further but still watchable by kids as well.
2 Years late but... this scene is from one of the earlier AND later seasons of Star Wars Rebels. The kid Asoka saves and the man who saved her are both the same person... it's impossible to explain in short form so just watch Rebels.... BUT watch all the seasons of Clone Wars first.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames definitely worth the watch. it may not improve the prequel movies but it fills in a lot of the character backstory and explains anakin's fall much better than the prequels did.
Ahsoka is quick with his 2 sabers form but Vader hit like a truck and have a solid defense with his + his armor...i would have been surprised if she did beat him 😅 She still did better than a lot of opponents Vader have faced 🙂
The reason you don't see Ashoka in the prequels is because she wasn't Anakin's Padawan until after attack of the clones and during revenge of the sith she was leading republic forces to take mandalore from Darth maul.
This is from the series after the clone wars. This is from the Rebels series and the kid who saves Ahsoka is named Ezra Bridger. And it’s a huge spoiler on where he is to bring her back like he did.
You really need to sit down and watch Star Wars Rebels, it's really good and will explain all of this more clearly. It's a very good series. This fight had so many of us on the edge of our seats.
Till this day it still hits bro she cared about him so much she had straight up nightmares you can even hear a mix of his voice and Vader voice together it’s sad Vader even looked sad for a sec but went back to villain mode but you can definitely see a piece of him in there just his son Luke was the one to find it
Going to jump on board with everyone else in the comments to say you should definitely check out The Clone Wars to get Ahsoka's full story. It's a long show (7 seasons, 133 episodes total), but totally worth getting into, in my opinion.
shes actually in the clone wars season 1 until 5 where she was accused of attacking the jedi temple and left the jedi order because she lost faith in the jedi but she does return in season 7 where she battles maul and it intesifies and she feels the jedi dying and a new empire rising to take its place but her first appearence was in the first clone wars movie star wars the clone wars movie where it has captain rex and ahsoka i think first appeared so please check its an awesome movie and ya'll should check out the entire series on ya'lls own without reacting to it
Vader is incredibly powerful, both with the force and strength wise, but he is not NEARLY as agile as he was as Anakin. Ahsoka is FAR more agile, far faster and much harder to hit. That said? She cannot take hits like he can. This fight was tense even for people who study the sword in real life, because even though we KNOW 'he' survives because he shows up in the original trilogy, we didn't know if 'she' did for quite a while. At this point in the timeline, Vader is the epitome of evil, of Dark Side power. Utterly unstoppable and utterly relentless. Ahsoka wants to stop him but she can't match him even as good as she is. As was said in a video game- Facing Darth Vader is counted as a win if you SURVIVE. Most do not.
You want some heavy spoilers there is a RUclips video by Cantrous called Ahsoka… it is an extremely well edited rundown of Ahsoka growth thru clone wars and rebels, but like I said it is full of heavy spoilers
As you can see here Ahsoka's head tails should have been quite a lot bigger and longer in the Mandalorian, because that played out after the events of this video. The older Togruta (Ahsoka's species) become, the longer grow their head tails. How far have you advanced with the animated shows so far, btw? Hopefully you watch them in chronological order (especially the Clone Wars) so its less confusing (overall) at times.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yeah the scene after the door closes is actually in some other episode I dont remember wich but here they just added them together.
I'd recommend Ahsoka fighting Maul from s7 of Rebels, but there's a fantastic fanedit of the fight to the score of Duel of the Fates and Battle of the Heroes I'd point you in the direction of
I wan't spoil anything. So this scene was from Star Wars Rebels series. There mixed 2-nd and 4-th seasons. Originally Ahsoka appeared in Clone Wars animated movies and then it become series.
Btw, I can highly recommend also reacting to the video "Analyzing Evil: Darth Vader From Star Wars" on RUclips. It's in my opinion a pretty good analyzation of Vader and gives you A LOT more insight about this tragic character. The video also regards all of the shows, comics and movies regarding Vader's story and because of that it has some spoilers for some of the animated shows, movies and comics, of course. Btw, in that video this fight between Ahsoka and Vader is also mentioned.
Ahsoka Tano was a character created by Dave Filoni for the series he created with George Lucas that aired on Cartoon Network. The film and series were based somewhat on a series of animated minisodes that aired on CN between 2003 and 2005 when ROTS was in production. When CW was canceled at the end of it's 5th season, because of the Disney acquisition Filoni and crew were asked to create a show for Disney XD set between episodes 3 and 4, using a smaller budget than that of CW. By that time a 6th truncated season was released as a Netflix exclusive called the Lost Tapes which was the complete episodes that CN hadn't released. Almost immediately because of the network and bitterness over the Disney buyout CW fans HATED Rebels. But by the time of the season 2 finale, that fight had been hyped up. The later portion of the fight(after Ahsoka pushes Ezra away) is from the 4th and final season of Rebels set about a year or so before Rogue One. After Rebels finished it's run.....when Filoni and Faverau (whom met during CW) had started production of Mandalorian, Dave was granted permission by Disney to produce a limited run of the over 50 unreleased episodes from CW as a 7th and final season. Additionally after that season's success Disney ordered a series set in the final days of the War following a clone unit. These 3 series are a complete narrative arc which fills out the time between Attack Of The Clones and A New Hope. Someone even did a fan cut of Episode 3 with the final CW arc and the pilot episode of The Bad Batch, which flows marvelously. And I guarantee if you watch those 10 seasons and a movie (7 for CW, currently 1 for BB and the first 2 seasons of CW), when you get back to Twilight Of The Apprentice. .....you will BAWL
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I'll also suggest looking at the Bad Batch......as it actually has a young Fennick Shand(the bounty Hunter who is with Boba at the end of Mandalorian season 2)
the thing is Ahsoka is on revenge of the sith, just not in the movie, last season of Clone Wars tells the story of where was she during the events of the movie.
You watched an episode that was essentially a time portal episode, Ezra with the short hair found that sort of door t the past and he used it to save Ashoka.. the Ezra with long hair who had his lightsaber broken by Darth Vader is the Ezra from the past who thought Ashoka might've died.. basically he was the Padawan from the start of the fight in the future and it was more force related than technology based. He found the portal in a temple after being chased into it by the emperor (take this last sentence with a grain of salt because I haven't watched in a long time, might not have been the emperor) Also in the clone wars Ashoka was the Padawan of Anakin who left the Jedi order after being wrongfully accused of a crime that another Padawan committed and being exalted of all charges
Ahsoka Tano was Anakin Skywalkers apprentice since she was in her early teens. Ahsoka was framed for bombing the jedi temple and was proven innocent, but left the jedi order and went her own way. But she returned into the war during the final days of the jedi. She escaped the jedi purge with clone Captain Rex and fled with him.
And your question on what just happened during the duel, the final clip is from star wars rebels from the episode A world Between Worlds. The man is named Ezra Bridger. Ezra saved ahsoka by pulling her forward in time, changing the future slightly. She did die original, but due to Ezra's interference, she is still alive.
Ok so this is complicated and confusing so let’s break it down. This is two different scenes from two different points in time that are added together. The young kid with long hair is Ezra Bridger. When you see him with long hair he’s 15 years old. At the very end of the video when he seems to save Ashoka he is now 17 years old. 2 years have passed and Ezra now had shorter hair. During the two years no one knows what happened to Ashoka and they assume she’s dead. The older, 17 year old Ezra is actually looking through a portal and seeing the past, the end of the fight between Ashoka and Vader. He grabs her before she is killedm pulling her though the portal and into the present. It’s basically time travel.
This whole scene is from Star Wars Rebels. The show is not as good as the Clone Wars, but it explains some other things dealing with the Mandalorian and Ahsoka’s search for someone. This show is in the timeline before Rogue One, but after Revenge of the Sith obviously; it focuses on a young Jedi, his master, and the master’s crew fighting the Empire. Don’t want to spoil a lot of the show if you ever do decide to watch it. P.S. Ahsoka started in Clone Wars as Anakin’s apprentice and was later added into Rebels as obviously Anakin’s former apprentice.
You have to watch The Clone Wars and then Rebs animated series because it explains all this and goes into that detail! I don't want to spoil that ending you saw unless you want lol. But clone wars animated goes deep into ahsoka character especially between her and Anakin also and Rebels goes more into what you saw too
@@GirlofCulture There's a few voice actors from AtLA in it too (particularly Sokka, who plays Callum... and even makes a "boomerang" reference in the show lol)
Ahsoka was Anakin's padawan on Clone Wars(between episode 2 and 3) then she left the order 1 year before the events of episode 3 (last 4 episodes of clone wars season 7 and first minutes of Bad Batch take place at the same time episode 3). Now, you just watch Revels seasson 2. The dark place it's called world between worlds and it's like been inside the force and you visit different places in time. You can just enter the if the force want you to and only can affect something if the force want you to. Another great figths are Ahsoka vs Maul, Obi Wan vs Maul, Ahsoka vs Grievous and The Battle of Geonosis Again, sorry about my grammar, I'm spanish speaker 😬
Ahsoka was a character that my opinion changed a lot on overtime. When she was first introduced in the clone wars series I hated her character so much, I thought she was annoying, really way to played up power wise(There were a couple of characters I felt she shouldn't have been able to hold off as that young of a padawan). But overtime her character grew on me as she got more development. She went basically from one of my least favorite characters to one of my favorite characters in Star Wars, to the point that I was eventually like "Man I really really hope Ashoka somehow survives Order 66" Basically Clone Wars you get to see her grow from a bit of a bratty extremely overconfident padawan, into a much more mature and experienced character as she learns from her own mistakes and learns from other characters like Anakin and Obi-Wan. I was so happy to see her in Star Wars Rebels(And later the Mandalorian), just had one of those parent like moments where you're just "My Baby Girl's all grown up!", Except with a Star Wars Character.
Great review of her character. We did hear she is annoying at first because she’s a teenager in beginning of clone wars. So it’s good to know going in that she gets better as show evolves 😊
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGamesYeah she definitely grows alot, and won't spoil it but definitely has a few rather emotional causing episodes. Anakin also is great in the Clone Wars. The Prequels really didn't do that well showing his fall in my opinion. While the Clone Wars you get to see him develop more and then get sad since we know what his end fate is. Honestly there are alot of great characters in the shows including some great Clone Soldier Characters.
Yeah you guys watch the show and you'll get it lol. It's from Rebels.....overall it's a bit of a kid show but it's good. I found it less excruciating than the Clone Wars.......don't get me wrong, there is good stuff about both series and the good stuff makes it worth enduring the awful stuff about both and at least we don't constantly have to deal with droids that some idiot programed to be joke making cowards for some reason
This is a combination of two episodes of Rebels. The finale of season 2 and the 10th episode of season 4. You should give the Clone wars and Rebels a viewing. Now I’ll check out your channel to see if you’ve actually started to 😊

Yall really need to watch Star Wars Rebels. It is so good. And if yall ever decide to react to it and upload it, I'd recommend doing it by recording different parts of the season rather than the entire episode. So have it split between several different episodes in one video. Either way, love y'all's content! And greetings from Tennessee!
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I'd also recommend watching Clone Wars before Rebels. That way you get a better appreciation of Ahsoka's character. And another side of Anakin. Both are really great shows.
She’s a Grey Jedi. She left the Jedi order because the Jedi Council screwed her over while she was still a kid/teenager. It’s probably the primary reason why she survived Order 66. Another notable Grey Jedi is Darth Revan.
Ashoka is not in the prequals because of several reasons, the real word one beeing: The character did not exist yet. The more interesting and fun reason can be seen in the later seasons of the clone wars animated tv show which is simultaniously her journey and the one of Anakin, though we already know where Anakins leads. I don't really want to spoil that show, because especially later seasons are really well made and have awesome story telling in them, but it is explained why she does not show up in the main-movies. Her first reentry into the universe after Clone Wars is in Rebells which plays between Revenge of the Sith and A new Hope. The ending of the clip you watched here is the writers excuse to not have her show up in New hope, Empire strikes back or Return of the Jedi. ^^
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I can not recommend clone wars enough, the first season takes a little to find its footing but there is no doubt in my mind that it is the most star wars-y star wars you can find on television. Rebells is a mixed bag. It starts very "for children" and takes a while to realize that their main audience is quite a bit older. Once they do the show itself improves drastically.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yeah, Anakin was not only her master but also he was like a big Brother for Ahsoka so seeing them fighting in this is really heartbreaking
Ahsoka: "I won't leave you..not this time." Anakin/ Darth Vader: *wheezing and thinks about their last interactions* 😔🤔 Darth Vader: *gasps* "Then you will die".. 😠
In summary, she is a badass 🥳😎🥂🍾
over the course of this one day she encountered Maul, Vader, and the Emperor
She is great, but Vader has his mechanical arms, that along with his use of the force make his hits extremely heavy.
@@Lemon_Force Plus some Inquisitor Clowns,...

Ah okay, thanks for helping explain that bit 😃
It also means that Ahsoka is the only character in Star Wars canon to be known to have time travelled
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames you got any cheese? 🧀
The mortis gods arent the orginal force users. They are more like archetypes of the force itself.
That wasn't a Jedi temple

Answer: About 11 combined seasons from 2 different shows worth of plot lines coming to a conclusion lol.
Seriously, though, if you liked this, you should definitely watch Clone Wars and Rebels if you want the whole story. They actually changed the lore of Star Wars with these shows, and set the blue print for style and story telling that you see in The Mandalorian.
We will now see those after watching this. Hadn’t been into animation really for shows but this was great 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames the stories in clone wars and rebels are EPIC please watch them and show your reactions… also the “triangle” is not technology.
so true
It's a lot to think about :D
It's also crazy how far Ahsoka has come and how strong she is at this point. It was only in their second exchange where Vader decided he can't turn her to his side so he went for the kill and yeah, it took time travel to save Ahsoka :D
put spoilers on this dude, don't explain the plot if they wana watch it.

Ahsoka is only in the clone wars, rebels and the mandalorian.
The clone wars is by far considered the best star wars content ever. Not only does it show lightsaber dual in a way that could be made in live action, but it also make the prequels even better as we see the evolution of anakin character. She was stripped of her Jedi title and left the order making her a grey Jedi which is a neutral technically a non Jedi force user
😎🤟 Team Ahsoka

Others have explained it but I'll try to summarise things without spoiling it
1.) why isn't ahsoka a jedi?

I love when dart vader says revange is not the jedi way. Because anakin says that to ahsoka in clone wars
the cinergy between the characters is basically like this:
OB1: Anakin no!
Anakin: Anakin yes!
Ashoka: Anakin yes!
OB1 and Anakin: Ashoka, no!
Ashoka is Anakin's little sister while OB1 plays the father for the 2 of them
The final part was from (I think) last season of Star Wars Rebels, but the whole fight was from season 2 (last episodes)
😎👍🙂
That would’ve been better for sure. However now we must watch Clone Wars and Rebels after seeing this 😃
This fight is so heartbreaking if you know their history together
Correction btw the dark side is based on passion. You only use it when it benefits you. The most passionate thing is hate since you have you focus on it n it doesnt exist unless you have negative emotions
I know this was 1 year ago but this battle is in rebel but clone wars is a great show its amazing
Someone edited the video of Anakins eyes returning to their original color before shifting back to their sith form
Ashoka wasn't in the 3 original star wars movies because she was away on missions while anakins decline was happening and she sensed order 66 when anakin became vader

Same guy pulled her out, just years later. Don't know why someone gave you these 2 clips, from different seasons of the show Rebels.
As you can see here Ahsoka's head tails should have been quite a lot bigger and longer in the Mandalorian, because that played out after the events of this video. The older Togruta (Ahsoka's species) become, the longer grow their head tails.

Btw, I can highly recommend also reacting to the video "Analyzing Evil: Darth Vader From Star Wars" on RUclips.

Thanks for all this info! We definitely want to check out Clone Wars and even Rebels for lore of Ahsoka 🤩

He found the portal in a temple after being chased into it by the emperor (take this last sentence with a grain of salt because I haven't watched in a long time, might not have been the emperor)
Also in the clone wars Ashoka was the Padawan of Anakin who left the Jedi order after being wrongfully accused of a crime that another Padawan committed and being exalted of all charges
Thanks for all the info, Raven! 😃
Thanks for the extra info to fill in the details for us here 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames hey, you guys give me the chance to nerd out.
Ah okay. Makes more sense now. Seems like this series and Clone Wars is something we have to experience 😊
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames oh hands down you need to.
Kinda funny Annakin teach ashoka a battle style to be able to stand against bigger and more powerful enemies, like Darth Vader
😎🤟
You have to watch The Clone Wars and then Rebs animated series because it explains all this and goes into that detail! I don't want to spoil that ending you saw unless you want lol. But clone wars animated goes deep into ahsoka character especially between her and Anakin also and Rebels goes more into what you saw too
No spoilers 😃 We are gonna watch both series 🥳
You should react to "The Dragon Prince." It was written by the same people who wrote "Avatar: The Last Airbender", it's pretty good!
We could’ve guessed you two would have the same taste. 🙂🥰🤗
@@GirlofCulture There's a few voice actors from AtLA in it too (particularly Sokka, who plays Callum... and even makes a "boomerang" reference in the show lol)
That was star wars Rebels
😎👍🙂
Ahsoka was Anakin's padawan on Clone Wars(between episode 2 and 3) then she left the order 1 year before the events of episode 3 (last 4 episodes of clone wars season 7 and first minutes of Bad Batch take place at the same time episode 3).
Now, you just watch Revels seasson 2. The dark place it's called world between worlds and it's like been inside the force and you visit different places in time. You can just enter the if the force want you to and only can affect something if the force want you to.
Another great figths are Ahsoka vs Maul, Obi Wan vs Maul, Ahsoka vs Grievous and The Battle of Geonosis
Again, sorry about my grammar, I'm spanish speaker 😬
No problem! Your English is better than our Spanish. 😎🥂🍾
You don’t know the power of the Dark Side. I MUST obey my Master.
We forgive you Anakin 🥲
Ahsoka was a character that my opinion changed a lot on overtime. When she was first introduced in the clone wars series I hated her character so much, I thought she was annoying, really way to played up power wise(There were a couple of characters I felt she shouldn't have been able to hold off as that young of a padawan). But overtime her character grew on me as she got more development. She went basically from one of my least favorite characters to one of my favorite characters in Star Wars, to the point that I was eventually like "Man I really really hope Ashoka somehow survives Order 66"
Basically Clone Wars you get to see her grow from a bit of a bratty extremely overconfident padawan, into a much more mature and experienced character as she learns from her own mistakes and learns from other characters like Anakin and Obi-Wan.
From Disney star wars Rebels season 4 I think. The black path way part is from later in the seasons. To explain a cliff hanger
😎👍🙂
Ahsoka was stripped of her Jedi title and left the order. She became a Grey Jedi, they are kind of in the middle between Jedi and Sith.
😎🤟
So when you went what the hell just happened. It made me think THAY NEED TO WATCH THE CLONE WARS AND REBELS 😂
Yeah we realized that at her moment as well. It’s like, damn now we got to watch all of this 😂🤗
star wars clone wars series and then starwars rebels. Both are amazing. Both have surpricing adult themes.
Glad to hear it. Seems like we are now signed up to watch both 😃
Yeah you guys watch the show and you'll get it lol.
Now
I’ll check out your channel to see if you’ve actually started to 😊
We have another channel where we focus on stuff outside of games as this has turned into our gaming channel ruclips.net/user/DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 posted our clone wars movie reaction and we are currently in season 3 of clone wars (chronological order of course) but haven’t posted reactions to RUclips yet 😅
Thanks for the advice. We haven’t done a tv show reaction yet so not sure how we’d handle it yet 🙃🥳
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I'd also recommend watching Clone Wars before Rebels. That way you get a better appreciation of Ahsoka's character. And another side of Anakin. Both are really great shows.
Clone wars first! If you want to see how Ahsoka became such a bad ass, you gotta start there
She’s a Grey Jedi. She left the Jedi order because the Jedi Council screwed her over while she was still a kid/teenager. It’s probably the primary reason why she survived Order 66.
Another notable Grey Jedi is Darth Revan.
Darth Revan is Sateles parent right? Or are we mixing that up 🤔
Btw, Mace Windu also used the darkside while fighting, I think.
😎👍
Y’all totally should react to the Clone Wars on this channel!! Love yalls videos!!
🥳🥳 We definitely want to watch Clone Wars and Rebels now. And of course love having the approval of Ahsoka Tano 🥰😍🤩🤗
“Cmon Ashoka, save him!”
NO! DONT SAVE HIM! HE’S THE WORST!
Haha, we will have to see when we check out the series 🙂
The old days of star wars
☺️
Okay that makes sense. Man we are now contractually obligated to watch Clone Wars and Rebels. Ahsoka has our heart 🥰🤩
Ahsoka has done so much to enrich the SW grand narrative. Perhaps the best protagonist in the franchise.
😎🤟
Great video also Ashoka left the Jedi order because she felt betrayed by them but also inadvertently left Anakin further pushing him to the dark side
😢 poor Anakin
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yeah, Anakin was not only her master but also he was like a big Brother for Ahsoka so seeing them fighting in this is really heartbreaking
Ahsoka: "I won't leave you..not this time."
Anakin/ Darth Vader: *wheezing and thinks about their last interactions* 😔🤔
Darth Vader: *gasps* "Then you will die".. 😠
I hope you guys enjoyed this is my favourite duel ever 😉
It was great one for sure! Now we have to watch both series 🤩
This fight was from Star Wars Rebels, but I would also love to see your reactions to some great fights and scenes from Clone Wars.
We will have to watch Clone Wars and Rebels now 😃
Clone wars and rebels all tie into the movies
Now you have to watch the whole series
Yup. This has us hooked now ☺️
