99.999% of all people making videos, "oh the fighter is the tank of the party, the defensive vocation..." You were all over that dragon doing tons of work, while taking what maybe 1 glancing hit, no bad hits, your uptime was through the roof, timing your dodge counter skill perfectly. When people think the fighter is simple, but good players can make it look like an art form.
I run both Hindsight Sweep and Vengeful Slash and it feels illegal how much damage I do for how little damage I take lmao. Every class (except Trickster) does good damage if you know what you’re doing, and that’s what I love about this game
@@viethoang907man i have a Warfarer Fighter/ Magic Archer but I just can’t seem to do much damage with Fighter. Im using Vengeful Slash but I couldn’t figure out a second skill that would be useful.
@@devv197I suggest either vengeful strike or the dodge counter (dodge counter lets you go through grabs but vengeful strike does not), full moon is a good Dps move and horde control. Skyward slash is just too useful to ever leave my build personally and for the 4th slot whatever you want. I run riotous fury sometimes, other times gouging skewer.
The fighter gameplay was superb and extremely impressive, and the perfectly timef final blow was the cherry on top. And on top of all this youre the only guy i could find with high level fighter gameplay.
I got frustrated at first (like I always do) with the combat but now I’m learning how to use the mechanics absolutely to survive, which is how I learned all the souls born games as well so I’m happy the game kind of lets you go crazy and do whatever you please. These RUclipsrs are great at selling the game.
Hey! I really like your gameplay. Mostly the fighter was impressive Is there a reason why you are using the base version of full moon slash and hindsight? Is it maybe so you are not stuck in the longer animation from the upgraded skill?
The way you fought the ogre at the beginning was probably the least efficient way to fight them. There were a couple moments where you could’ve easily gotten on top of their head with a single leap and gone ham spamming the heavy attack and annihilated their health.

I don't know the name in english, cause i play the game in italian, but you will find this armor to any blacksmith late in the game, is the best armor in terms of stats you can gets from a shop
It's the Mystic Spearhand ability, you hold R1 release and press R1 again after hitting the enemy, you can loop infinitely bosses and enemy, but every time you charge the ability, you can't regen the stamina
I like these vocations, but i think they should have just keep the OG DDDA vocations, improve them and introduce additional vocations, oh what i wouldn't give for the Warfarer and Mythic Spearhand vocation in DDDA, oh well Assassin is still the GOAT for soloing at night
Nah, if this was truly "high level" Mystic Spearhand, you'd just spam Mirror Shield and be invincible while also spamming Wild Furie. No need for anything else save Magic Speargun for weakspots and flying bosses.

These clips are from my blind run, so i started play the fighter right after the first ending, and my character was not max rank with the class

The helmet is call armorfiendish armet, cheast is thrasher's surcoat. Skills are burst strike, cloudward slash, full moon slash and hindsight sweep
