- How we start our first hour of the day is defining the rest of the day: our emotions, attitude, mood, choices and behaviour. To start your day with a Gratitude ritual like this will give your increase levels and feelings of love, happiness, compassion, patience, tolerance, passion, freedom and inner peace.
HOW TO USE THIS:
Listen for 30 days straight for maximum effect! Our subconscious mind needs the daily repetition over this timespan to create new patterns that stick.
Use headphones if you want to have the enhancing effect of the Alpha 8hz binaural beats. You may integrate these affirmations faster if you use headphones. If you cannot use headphones, you will still get the effects of the affirmations. Do what you enjoy the most. With or without.
You do not need to repeat the affirmations. Just allow them to shower over you and trust that your subconscious mind and brain accepts them as truths. If you feel like repeating them, great!

Hi Jenna, I agree with You. I thought listening to a male voice would be more effective since I'm a male. But from what I've learned? Our subconscious doesn't distinguish between male or female voices. It's the words and intentions that we absorb. An example would be? If someone insulted you by saying something that hurt You? Would it matter if it was a male or female voice that hurt you. The hurt will be the same regardless of the sex. The same goes for someone complimenting with kind words, the words would make you feel good weather a man or a woman were to say them. So having said that, I try and listen to both male and female voice affirmations. We all have masculine and feminine within our Souls. Thus by listening to both male and female we are nourishing both sides.
