If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

All of my life I have suffered with anxiety and stress. It's gotten So bad that it has stopped certain natural cycles. Your videos and calming voice are changing all of that. Thanks for sharing Sarah, I also have suffered from anxiety! It can make life very difficult at times to say the very least. Having said that I'm finding that Meditations have been a blessing! I hope that in the near future doctor's in the West will start using more alternative medicine other then a quick fix with a pill! Not that some people need to take a medication, I'm not knocking that fact. My only hope is the practice of alternative medicines can be practiced more openly with the general public.
