“After the making of the video “I AM Spiritual Abundance & Success” the feedback was so awesome that I have decided to make a series with the same style of music and visuals, but with different kind of powerful affirmations. I want to create something different. Not with the standard meditation music, but something I haven´t heard before. More rhythm, punch and power. I´ve also added som outstandingly beautiful videos of nature herself. My intention with this video is to meld the physical body, mental, emotional and spiritual body. When these aspects of us work together it creates harmony in our physical body. How much more good can you do in the world when you feel abundantly healthy, happy and vibrant?

I just had surgery yesterday. I've been doing the affirmations for weeks. I did them yesterday before surgery also. I'm healing well, I feel great and I'm not even taking those toxic narcotics they gave me. I AM living proof that these affirmations work and that our mind really does have power over our body! I found your video while I was recovering from a shattered knee surgery.Listening faithfully paid off in the most beautiful and blessed way today. My leg brace has been completely removed, I am off all meds,I see the doctor in six weeks . I have not stopped crying after having seen the X-ray of my fully healed knee. I truly believe your video and my belief healed my knee.

There is such an authentic feel to these meditations. Every time I listen I feel tears of joy well up in me. I believe in my body, my ability to heal and to take care of myself.

My friend Pamela was the first person who recommended I do positive intentions, but I found that my mind was in definite need of help to come up with positive affirmations. Many mahalos for creating these series.. I love to use it first thing in the am and after almost 30 days I feel the difference! I highly recommend doing this. Now i am starting to be able to catch the negative thoughts and put a stop to them. Make time to do this! For me this has helped me in my journey to mindfulness and spiritual awakening.

Reading the comments in this video and series of videos from power thoughts solidifies my belief on how powerful these messages are and how much of N impact it has on the listeners and when listening with an open heart. These videos got me thru some very difficult times in my life.
