I can show you countless judgement where husband gets acquittal.

Testimony of prosecutrix in alleged rape cases is kept on high pedestal than testimony in any other case, and burden of proof is on men to show that there was both will and consent. How are men supposed to overcome such institutional biases in Marital rape cases.

Unless there is a prescribed date decreed by the marriage registrar on which consummation and sexual relations are permitted and consent of both parties are predetermined and agreed and signed by both parties on the date of registry. Thereby creating the possibility for husbands to claim abstention on any non prescribed sex day.

I had been married at the age of just 21 due to my old aged parents.
My wife along with her mother and sisters started forcing me to name her my mothers house which has already been sold by my parents. They sold that house also due to them as her three sisters live closer to my house n always misguided and posed negative mand mapping to her. As they never lived with their husbands family.
In case i will not do the same they threatened me to file dowry case n finally in 2019 they have filed baseless 498 case to harass me.
Some political leaders are backing and supporting them due to which they get full motivation and strength to trouble me in all possible ways.
Now how m passing my each day with my parents is what i kno. How i manage to do job is what i kno. How i manage to live is wat i kno.
These are not known by akash banarjee. If this marital rape case would have cum in her mind or suggestions she must have done this so. N as u said m at the age of 26 m living alone with my old parents without wife n my two babies are also with her. N she lives in my house tress passing and occupying it illegaly. And taking all advantage of being women. Sometime i feel no way accept suicide and there is now law no hope no favour no consoles in my favor but fighters like u is hope for us.
If u can provide ur contact. I can share everything with u. This shall give a hope n strength to live in this earth where there is no mercy for us.
