How to Make Two Christmas Cocktails

With Christmas falling upon us tomorrow, for this week we're going to go over two Christmas cocktails: The Grinch Cocktail (a green Melon-Citrus concoction), and The Santa Clausmopolitan (a spin on the classic Cosmopolitan)!

Grinch Cocktail
1 oz (30 ml) Vodka
1 oz (30 ml) Melon Liqueur
1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
Garnish glass rim with crushed up green candy cane. Shake Vodka, Melon Liqueur, and Lime Juice with ice for 10-15 seconds and strain into glass. Top with Ginger Ale and garnish with green candy cane.

Santa Clasumopolitan
1.5 oz (45 ml) Vodka
0.5 oz (15 ml) Cointreau
1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice
3 oz (90 ml) Cranberry Juice
0.5 oz (15 ml) Pineapple Juice
Garnish coupe glass rim with crushed up red candy cane. Shake all ingredients with ice for 10-15 seconds and strain into glass. Garnish with one last candy cane on rim.
