How to Make a Gin Rickey

This week's cocktail is a simplistic one that comes from the late 1800s and was essentially created by a Democratic activist (Joe Rickey): the Gin Rickey!
2 oz (60 ml) Gin
0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Club soda, to top
Garnish: lime wheels
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the gin and lime juice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with 2 lime wheels.
