Cupcake and Homemade Chantilly (No eggs, No butter)

Hey everyone!
New recipe without eggs nor butter.
_________Ingredients _________
For the cupcake
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g or more Sugar
- 20 cl Milk
- 50 g Applesauce
- 1/2 sachet of backing poder
- 1 pinch of salt
For chantilly
- 20 cl of sour cream with 30% of fat
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Some chocolate (optional)
