I love watching ur videos, i was also a swimmer bacj in school and fell in love with triathlon and distance running after i graduated highschool. I saw one of ur okder videos about how u love to seek the challenge of going further and doing harder events and i could totally relate to that feeling as someone who competed in 400,800m freestyle back then. Lactate levels. It’s quite individual though. The pros will know where they have a steady state level. I.e. the body is producing and metabolising lactate at the same rate.
