    Can the oven light be on for just the upper oven or just the lower oven individually?

    • @Frigidaire
      @Frigidaire  8 месяцев назад

      Good day! Thank you for asking. The bottom burner is for baking, and the upper burner is for broiling. You don't need to use
      both
      at the same time, as you probably won't want to bake and broil. If you have other concerns, please connect with us via live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. EST, and we will be happy to assist.

    Can you see the temperature for both the upper and lower ovens at the same time?

      Hi there! The ability to see the temperature for both the upper and lower ovens simultaneously depends on the specific model and design of the double oven range or wall oven you're using.

    How do you remove the demo mode

    • @Frigidaire
      @Frigidaire  6 месяцев назад

      Good day! Removing demo mode can vary based on the specific oven model, as each manufacturer might have different steps to disable this mode. However, here are some general steps you can try:
      Refer to the manual:
      Check the user manual of your oven. It often contains instructions on how to disable demo mode for your specific model.
      Power Cycle:
      Sometimes, turning off the power to the oven for a few minutes can reset it and deactivate demo mode. You can do this by unplugging the oven or turning off the circuit breaker that powers it.
      Press and Hold Buttons:
      On some ovens, pressing and holding specific buttons simultaneously for a few seconds might exit demo mode. Buttons like "Clock," "Timer," or "Mode" might be involved.
      Combination of Buttons:
      Look for any specific button combinations mentioned in the manual for disabling demo mode. It might involve pressing a sequence of buttons or holding them in a certain order.
      Factory Reset:
      If none of the above methods work and if your oven has a reset function, you could try performing a factory reset. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings to their default, so you'll need to reprogram any customized settings afterward.

    Had my wall oven for only a month before it died. Had to broil something and shortly after preheating, it made two or three popping sounds and died.

      It's unfortunate to hear that your wall oven stopped working shortly after purchase. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue: Check Power Supply: Make sure the oven is properly connected to the power supply. Verify that the circuit breaker for the oven hasn't tripped. If the oven is plugged into an outlet, confirm that the outlet is functional. Some ovens have a reset function. Check the user manual for your specific oven model to see if there are instructions on how to perform a reset. This might involve turning off the power, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on.
