Hello i bought one tissue culture burl max flame. Thinking of putting them to multiplication media (1ml/l kinetin and 1ml/ liter iba) would you recomend to remove the roots before putting them in the new media ? Kind regards. Btw i love ue videos. Im watchig ur videos everyday for almost a month now 😊
@@abudavud9658 To get started in tissue culture the first thing you need is the protocol for the tissue culture of your desired plant. If you have that, then to introduce a plant in tissue culture, a PCT starter kit will be perfect for your process as it has everything in one package: www.plantcelltechnology.com/starter-kit/ For the multiplication and rooting stage of tissue culture, you will need plant hormones that you will need to buy separately and we have that in our store too: www.plantcelltechnology.com/pct-store/

Yes, remove the roots of the plants. I recommend to change the media to 1-3 ml/l of Kinetin and only 0.1 ml/l of IBA

We used MS media with 1 ml/l of BAP, 0.1 ml/l of IBA, 25 g of sugar, 1 ml/l of PPM, and 3 g of Gellan gum
