I've tried this one so many times. The pieces eventually start falling apart. Some people say to use paper clips, and some to use tape. I can't figure out for the life of me how to assemble it without any other help.
@@danielc9509 Try using thicker paper. I have done it with thin paper and it worked but maybe you should use paper weight of 90 gsm give or take. Tant paper is also good
Traditionally, glueing and cutting is allowed in origami. As the art modernized, rules were added to it for it to become more challenging and applicative. To explore on what level would an art expand. Traditional or modern, they both have the same end goal, that is to enjoy the process of folding and transform paper/s into something new.
Also, application of glue is directly proportional to the paper used and how well the modules would stay in place. Flexibility of mind is extremely necessary in art form. Rules are just guidelines that show where you are headed or want to head.

Good tutorial 👍 Some other video didn't tell how many pieces total.
thanks , where ?
30 en total
I have made this kusudama many times. You do not need to use glue. If fits together very well without it. Tomoko would not approve.
