- A former Hollywood actor who was this month released early from prison has been rearrested and remanded in custody.
Tattooed Jason Hoganson, 53, was photographed raising a thumb as he was released from Durham Prison on September 10.
The following day he was arrested in Newcastle’s West End on suspicion of two counts of breaching a restraining order and one count of assault.

That is the second prisoner back behind bars after being released early. The other was a sex offender he reoffended within a day. Starmer needs to go.😡🤡🤡he is a clown.

One man released early, was arrested when he walked through the prison gate.
Not for some petty theft like shoplifting, not even for something more serious like stealing a car or burglary. He was arrested for rape, and the Home Office said, they are only letting prisoners out who are not a danger to the public.
And none of these people were tagged either! It's a complete shambles!!!

They didn't handle the riots that good as policing was one sided and surely letting all these out early just needed someone with commen sense to do this
