Excellent interview, loved the 10cc singles and albums as a child and still do to this day. Kevins singing voice was a key factor in what made those early records so eclectic and great (and Lol’s as well, of course). I remember watching them demonstrate the Gizmo on ‘Blue Peter’ (children’s TV prog) around ‘78, a really cool invention!
Excellent Gregg Bendian style detailed music conversation. The ear becoming the eye.I'm looking forward to this.Mr Godley is a very interesting musician. All the best to you.
Thank you Gregg for posting this great interview with Kevin Godley. This man has awesome talents and loved him in 10cc. I wish Kevin would join Graham for the USA tour this summer. We never did get a farewell tour from him. I saw him recently perform with Graham on RUclips and he still sounds great. I love his song writing, drumming and singing. Not to mention his wonderful video's. Thanks Again for posting.
Kev wont go anywhere NEAR the states.. hes said so many times lately.. he said the place is "mental" especially since the whole Trump worship thing started in 2015, hes too scared to step foot in the place..
Great interview. The one thing I've wondered about, though, that I don't think I've ever heard anyone ask Godley (or Creme) is if the Wrapped Around Your Finger video was inspired by the old Van Der Graaf tv clip of Plague Of Lighthouse Keepers, played in a room full of candles.
Great interview! Kevin you and Lol were always amazing together. I loved the 4 albums and listened to them regularly! When i purchased Consequences with my hard earned money and listened to the whole album i was very disappointed! And i was sad that you didnt return to 10cc. 😢
Kevin is one of the most creative minds in this world. In retrospect, it was an incredible shame that Kev and Lol left the band. I think they could have made an album together even 10 years ago. But their 4 years with 4 albums were the best I ever heard.
Wow Greg. Great get!!!
Great Songwriter. great singing voice. Great imagination. Simply a genius.
Great interview, love 10cc and Godley and Creme, creative lot in all areas.

I love curious people. And when you said what you did, he was interested. Both of you curious cats - and that's good.
1:14:47.. watch the host's body language change when Kev starts shitting on that orange amoeba.. 😂😂
