Hi Katie...I just found your channel. Good luck on your journey. I've been on WW for about 8 years, and at Lifetime for 7 years. I've lost 70 pounds and have maintained it since. Just a couple of recommendations. For breakfast, try having fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, banana, grapes) in a bowl and top it off with the Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt. I also put 3 tablespoons of Hershey's Zero Sugar Chocolate Syrup on top, so it's more like a dessert, too. 3 tablespoons is 0 points (I'm a big chocolate fan). That breakfast would be a total of 2 points. 12 points for breakfast (for me) is way too high. Also, on another note....I also buy the Built Bars. I'm not a fan of them when they are kept at room temperature. I put mine in the freezer. They last longer and I feel like I'm eating a candy bar. Hope this helps! Again, I wish you the best of luck on your journey!
Above all, WW is what taught me and showed me how to eat properly by guiding me to WANT to eat the lower points foods (which are the healthier options). Great job!!!!!
Try roasting garbobzo beans with olive oil and your fav seasoning. It’s low points (only olive oil), filling with fiber and protein, and yummy! I love lemon pepper seasoning on it. Best wishes.🙏🏽😊
I usually eat a 8 - 10 pt. breakfast, however I eat breakfast a little late and eat a lighter lunch. Because of the plan I am on, (for people with diabetes) fruit and popcorn are not zero for me so I can’t bulk up on it so if you can, that’s a great way to have a high pt. breakfast and a low pt. lunch. You can do this program any way you want. So if you want a higher pt. breakfast than go for it. Everyone is different. I am so glad I found your channel. Sounds like you are doing great. One thing I have learn (and this is only my journey and won’t be the same for others) is that I lose very slowly but I do keep my eyes on maintaining anything I lose even if I don’t lose for a while. Keep going and Keep sharing (you did actually lose a lot for a month).❤😊
I like the delights. I would change up your coffee to something lower, then add some fruit to fill you up. I often aim for 8 points for breakfast and around 2-4 points for my coffee.
As someone who had lost 50 pounds on ww a few years ago (back at it again and have lost 16 so far since Jan), you will feel way more satisfied and full if you load your diet with 0pt foods. Seeing the points for some of these convenience foods vs how much you get to eat of them, makes me sad. You could easily make turkey meatballs yourself that are twice as much food and more than half the points. You could meal prep and freeze them to have when you want them. Same with the crispy chicken strips, you could make your own with twice as much chicken and fewer points. And have delicious roasted veggies on the side for 0pts. I guess it’s all just personal preference, but I would rather base a meal off zero pt lean proteins and veggies and then add points to the meal with yummy sauces/dressings. I try to keep my meals between 3 and 7pts.
Yes, I hope to really get into making my favorite foods with healthier options. The more I’m getting familiar with this program the better I’m adjusting. Thank you so much for all your helpful information 😁
Also, just a note about the “cheat meals” they aren’t cheat meals, they are just life. That’s what your weekly points are for! Just plan for it, log it, enjoy it and move on. 🙂
You can easily make the jimmy bowls fit into your points. Make sure to fill up on veggies and fruits before meals so that way you don’t over eat the higher point things.
Hey girl! I'm so excited to have found your channel and follow your journey 💗. I'm on a constant struggle with my coffee. I love my yummy coffee, but I don't love spending all the points on it 🤣 Try putting the Built Bars in the fridge (if you still have some). I find that it helps the consistency 😊
You know what they say. Your first meal you should eat like the rich, second like middle class and last meal like the poor. . So you can eat anything.. just gotta make it work in your daily pts .. you go girl!!!!
New subbie! I just joined Monday the premium plan so my first meeting is Monday evening, I love ur channel plz keep posting cuz I’m a total newbie to WW and ur videos are so inspiring and simple😊
I try and keep my breakfast to 5-6 points…if I plan on going to an event or out to eat or drink, I try and do less points. You’re doing great though! Congratulations 🎉
Also the the La Banderita keto street taco tortillas is 1 for 0 point or 3 for 1 point…. Sara Lee honey wheat 2 points for 2 slices and Chobani yogurt zero sugar is 0 points… just to give you some lower point options
Thank you!! 😊 I finally got my daily go-to breakfast down to 4-5 points!! Glad I was able to find something that I enjoy every morning within reasonable points 🙌🏽
Hi, I’m new to your channel and new to WW as well. Love your channel and find you very relatable and fun to watch. Also, I see vinyl rolls on your wall and I”m guessing you have a Cricut and you’re a crafter like me! Awesome! Keep up the great work and I’m going to subscribe and keep watching your channel to stay inspired. Do you have a crafting channel a# well?
Thank you so much!! ☺️ Yes! I love crafting!!! It’s what I like to do with my “extra” time (it’s comedic now because I rarely get extra time nowadays) I have an Etsy shop but have taken most of my items off because, well time 😂 I’m hoping to work it back into my daily activities because it’s something I really do enjoy! 😁
Yeah 12 points is really high for breakfast. I have 1 egg with 3/4 cup egg whites all scrambled (0 pt), 2 slices applegate farm turkey bacon (1 pt ), banana for breakfast = 1 pt. For my tea, i have either the low fat half and half or fat free half and half which are both 1 pt for 2 tbsp…were not going to talk about my sugar though (2 pts)😬 so in total my breakfast is 4 pts
I always eat 12-16 points for breakfast I have 40points a day. I’ve noticed others don’t have that much I wonder why mine is like that. I love weight watchers though I have lost 28lbs so far
I’m 5’5” 😁 I carry most of my weight in my stomach and arms but I do think the rest distributes pretty evenly through the rest of my body so it doesn’t draw so much attention in one spot. I get that a lot though when people see how much the number on the scale actually says I am.
@@katievlogs4808 that makes sense 👍🙂 cuz I'm 5'3 and people think I weigh 15 lbs less cuz u carry most my weight in My legs and distribution all over I'm 159 lbs right now but 20yrs ago I weighed my highest weight 242lbs but lost it and maintain even after having 3 kids all natural exercising and portion control 😅take care and Pray 🙏 for the best for your weight loss you got this 👍

13 pounds is awesome! That’s way more than most do so stay consistent and don’t rush it cause too fast isn’t good either.

Thank you so much for your encouragement and insight!! 😊 I really appreciate it!!
I did the diabetic plan although I'm not Because I wanted to limit my sweets intake
I’m new to weight watchers and I hope to do well. Thanks for posting your videos.

Congratulations on losing weight and inches! Amazing! 🎊🎉🎊
I just discovered that Caramel Apple Pie Dannon Light & Fit yogurt! It's delicious. Wish you a great journey!! 🙂 I love WW
Unfortunately, the 8g of sugar is pretty high. Have it in moderation, right?
Soo good!!
Congratulations you did great! I just started 2 days ago and this was very inspiring!
Thank you so much! That’s so great to hear 😊 You got this!!
You can easily make the jimmy bowls fit into your points. Make sure to fill up on veggies and fruits before meals so that way you don’t over eat the higher point things.
Thanks for the tips!! Those are some good ideas!
Hi! Welcome back👋🏽🌻🌻🌻
So glad to be back!! :)
Well done it looks like you've done really well with getting used to the plan - I'm just on my second week of WW and I'm loving it x
Great job! You're an inspiration to me!

Lol, I’ve never heard that before but I like it 😁 It makes sense so you have more time work off things eaten throughout the day.
New subbie! I just joined Monday the premium plan so my first meeting is Monday evening, I love ur channel plz keep posting cuz I’m a total newbie to WW and ur videos are so inspiring and simple😊

Sometimes they forget to send charms, so if you hit another mile stone (10, 15, 20 etc) call them and they will send you your charms.🎉🎉🎉
Yeah 12 points is really high for breakfast. I have 1 egg with 3/4 cup egg whites all scrambled (0 pt), 2 slices applegate farm turkey bacon (1 pt ), banana for breakfast = 1 pt. I try to eat a zero point or two point breakfast and save points for dinner and snacks at night
I always eat 12-16 points for breakfast I have 40points a day. I’ve noticed others don’t have that much I wonder why mine is like that. I love weight watchers though I have lost 28lbs so far
I want to now why my points is so much also. I have 39
Change the Jimmy deans bowl to the Jimmy Dean Delights Skillets just add egg or 2. it’s 5 points instead of 8
Thank you so much for the recommendation! I’ll look for those
Imo 12 pts is a ton for the first meal of the day. But I also get 41 pts per day… idk how that works but I was surprised that you get so few.
More videos please
Humm. I been keeping my breakfast about 5 points . It’s trial and error!
I definitely have lower point breakfast’s now!
i just subscribed! I started 1 week ago...hoping we can take the journey together!
Yes!! Welcome!! Congrats on starting your journey!! 😁
Would you ever do 30 days no fast food challenges?
I haven’t before but recently since now being a stay at home mom it has been easier since I’m not on the go as much.
You don't even look like you weight that much 🥰 how tall are you again? Wow congrats 🎉 on the weight loss 👍😅
I’m 5’5” 😁 I carry most of my weight in my stomach and arms but I do think the rest distributes pretty evenly through the rest of my body so it doesn’t draw so much attention in one spot. I get that a lot though when people see how much the number on the scale actually says I am.

Do you go to meetings or just using the App?
I just use the app. When I checked last I don’t think they offered meetings near my location 😔
🙌🙌🙌
I would recommend Tyson air fried chicken. Tender 75% less fat.
Thank you so much for the recommendation!!
So I would go with a fried egg couple fried eggs. Some turkey bacon like a point of peace.
Switch to eggs etc less points !!porridge!!!xxx
